Romantic studio apartment fully furnished rent for short periods, weekend or week in the most beautiful and animated throughout southern italy. The apartment has a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony (ideal for couples). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, fridge freezer more, tv, microwave oven, bbq grill, washing machine, iron, pots and pans with various dishes and linens.

L'appartamento è sito in una posizione molto strategica. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e riservato ed è ubicato a pochi metri dalla via principale di Catania ( via Etnea ), in cui potrete trovare negozi ristoranti/pizzerie e tanto altro per il vostro divertimento. Inoltre di fronte l'appartamento potrete trovare la fermata dell'autobus, o facendo pochi metri a piedi ed arrivando in via Etnea troverete autobus che passano continuamente e vi potranno portare in qualsiasi luogo voi vogliate andare.
Troverete lì anche l'ingresso della metropolitana e la fermata del treno; la zona in cui è situato essendo leggermente discostato dalla via principale, consente un parcheggio in strada gratuito (senza strisce blu).

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento qualche giorno (Gennaio 2013) fa. La disponibilità del proprietario si è distinta immediatamente insieme alla cortesia con cui mi ha ricevuto ed aiutato indicandomi le località da me desiderate. Il prezzo è ottimo, avendo a disposizione un intero appartamento compreso di tutti i confort allo stesso prezzo di una camera di b&b.; Tutti gli interni e gli accessori sono nuovi e si distingue anche per la pulizia. Inoltre e' ben posizionato e comodo sia per muoversi con i mezzi che a piedi. Complimenti, ci ritornero'.
