Isla Vista features a spacious 2-level floor plan with stunning custom interiors. Artful interior design and luxe detail put this home in a special class by itself: cool, smooth travertine floors throughout, vaulted cypress ceilings, rich mahogany cabinetry, exquisitely-designed custom lighting, and artistic stained glass windows are all beautifully cr...afted and placed with your ease and comfort in mind.

Isla Vista's gallery opens to the comfortable Great Room, with mahogany/marble wet bar, and formal dining area. On the other side of the entry hallway is a fantastic gourmet kitchen, beautifully crafted in mahogany cabinetry, granite countertops, and featuring professional gas cooktop, bountiful array of cooking & serving pieces, lots of small appliances (including ice cream maker), and an office nook. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate open-air covered barbeque room with stainless-steel gas grill. Beyond the kitchen & gallery is the villa's media room, with sofa and reclining chair for reading, relaxing and watching satellite TV or the latest DVD movie. Arched doors connect to the pool deck.

Just beyond the media room is a pool-level a/c king bedroom suite, with lavish bath with double sinks & separate w/c. French doors connect this suite to the pool & sundeck, perfect for an impromptu midnight swim!

A graceful staircase ascends from the main-level gallery to the opulent master suite. The mahogany 4-poster king bed, with handcarved pineapple accents, faces an arched doorway leading out to a balcony with table & chairs for two. This spot overlooks the pool and the magnificent sea vistas. Within this elegant suite is a desk area and large master bath with sleek travertine vanity with double sinks, separate w/c, step-out balcony, and private alfresco shower pavilion that expands onto a tiled terrace.

Isla Vista's pool, jacuzzi & sunbathing deck overlook a spectacular view of sky and sea, with verdant National Park, Cruz Bay & St Thomas all competing for the panorama. Cruz Bay town, with restaurants, shops, markets, watersports & interisland ferries is just a 5-minute drive from the villa. Isla Vista is the ultimate vacation oasis - romantic & unparalleled!

NOTE: Isla Vista's tenants (a couple) will occasionally stay in the apartment above the double garage, adjacent to the common parking area as you enter the villa. You'll likely neither see nor hear them unless you meet by chance in the driveway. They cannot see into the villa or pool and will never enter Isla Vista during your stay, so your total privacy is assured.

- 7-night min year round except Christmas-New Year's 10 nights. Villa also has $750 refundable security deposit.
