"Cinnamon Stones sits high on the hillside of Estate Catherineberg, a small prestigious community of luxury villas, surrounded by the Virgin Islands National Park. Overlooking Cinnamon Bay, Peter Bay, Francis Bay and Johnson's Reef, you can see from Hans Lollick and Lovango in the west, north to Jost Van Dyke and east to Tortola. It is a big, breathtaking view.
The house is on one acre of beautifully landscaped land. The steep hillside is covered with old stones and a very special thirty foot high rock outcrop. The colors of the stone were an inspiration for the interior of the house.

This is an exceptional villa in the Catherineberg Estates section of St. John, a lush, tropical setting overlooking the turquoise waters of beautiful Cinnamon Bay. The property and villa is very well maintained, well stocked with all the needed amenities, very comfortable and private. Master Bedroom has a full screened porch so you can wake up to the sun and tropical breeze coming through your window. Bedding and furniture was new and very comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped.
It takes about 20 minutes to get to the villa from Cruz Bay. Be sure to rent a Jeep. You will definitely need 4 wheel drive to get to the property as the roads are unpaved and in some spots comical to navigate. It's worth the bumpy ride to arrive at this superb oasis. -

My wife and I spent a week at Cinnamon Stones and we couldn't have been more pleased. The views are some of the best you can enjoy anywhere and you're totally secluded from anyone else. The modest-sized pool is on the lower level which, while not ideal, is necessary due to the slope the house is built upon, and only adds to the privacy. Lush foliage is well-maintained. The kitchen is outstanding, ideal for amateur chefs who enjoy staying in and preparing gourmet meals, which we do. It is well-stocked with many high-end items. If you like going out for dinner every night this place probably isn't for you since the road leading to the highway from the house can be challenging in the dark, moreso if it's raining. My advice, stay in and enjoy what you're paying for. My wife and I walked for exercise every morning, and due to the terrain you can get a great workout! Nice outdoor shower at the pool and the master bathroom shower is amazing, you'll have to see for yourself. No a/C in the villa may scare away some but it honestly was never an issue the entire week we were there (in June!!), great breezes and plenty of ceiling fans. Tourists from the northeast us probably can't imagine staying at a villa with no a/C since they sweat profusely above 60 degrees. This place is a gem, bring your lover and get busy!
