Additional Location Information
Caulfield, with a population of 4,790, lies 8km south-east from Melbourne's CBD. It is a leafy inner city suburb best known as the location of Caulfield Racecourse and the Caulfield campus of Monash University. Ordinary house close to family, kitchen is dated and was not game to use the oven. Outside was dirty and bad odor coming from garden.
The occupants in the old house in front of this one got up early in the mornings and bounced around the floorboards creating noise.
Would only return if no other options in CaulfieldResponse from Espresso Apartments - 04/21/2013

PerthGreat location
Left on 02/28/2013 for a stay in February 2013
We stayed at 50a Park Crecent Caulfield North for 4 nights early February 2013. The unit is well located, was clean and tidy, but, looks a little "tired". The air conditioning is somewhat lacking and needs to be replaced with split airconditioning units. The beds are comfortable and the unit has everything you need. The service provided by the owner is very good and helpful. Definitely worth considering for a stay.

Spacious, tidy and cosy apartment which was well equipped. The espresso machine was an excellent treat for those coffee lovers. If you want to experience the aussie style of living, this apartment is higly recommended.

Our only issues was the way wew were made to feel like we could not do any entertaining with family or friends such as a simple BBQ. We pay good money for places like this to stay and to tained with the same brush as a bunch of 18 year old kids was a let down. The only "noise issues" in our stay was the front house where you could hear walking and running all the time along with the loud air con in the main bed room and the train. Overall our stay was good and we would stay again if we were treated as grown respectable adults.

Hong KongSpacious apartment with every comfort
Left on 02/08/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Apartment at rear of house is initially off-putting but its spacious feel makes up for this. Downsides were getting suitcases down gravel driveway, no off-street parking, and the place really needed a thorough dust. Upsides were brilliant location opposite playground, space, privacy, helpful staff and everything you need.

The title says it all. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. Everything was set-up and we loved the layout. The park next door was a perfect playground for the kids. I highly recommend it for young families or couples.

Park Crescent is one of our most enjoyed homes – especially by families with young children. It is hardly ever the case that our cleaners leave a place less than perfect. Cleanliness ratings by our guests across our 40 apartments are typically either a 9 or 10 out of 10 after almost every single stay. It is, however, understandable and unfortunate that the poor state of cleanliness on this rare occasion negatively affected the experience of Nicole. We would not have hesitated to send our cleaners straight back had we been notified at the time of her arrival. We would have also have sent over a food hamper for the inconvenience caused. The place is centrally heated and by all other reports capable of being warmed up very quickly and to a very high temperature. This is a comfortable and cozy home and we hope to get a second opportunity to improve Nicole’s vacation experience.
