Cavtat is an attractive town located in the extreme south of the Croatian Adriatic, Dubrovnik, the beautiful and picturesque Konavle.Sea view modern apartments are located near the ancient town of Cavtat, away from the beach 350m, with a beautiful view to Cavtat bay and Old Town of Dubrovnik. In Cavtat you can provide a lot of really, you can explore the hidden coves, walk along the shore in the shade of palm trees and pine trees and enjoy the magnificent view of Dubrovnik 15 km away, which is easily reached by regular bus and ferry lines. In Cavtat you can enjoy the solitude or spend time with recreational sports.

We were warmly received at the apartment by Marina after she efficiently had arranged the transport from the airport. Marina was prompt in replying to any emails and sorting out any problems that we had. Apartment is very well equipped, spacious and has everything you could need during your stay. The apartment has a nice bed, A/C, wi-fi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, a very nice terrace and a great, stunning view to Dubrovnik. Everything is new, clean and nicely decorated. There is a nice outdoor patio area that is lovely to sit out in and read or eat your meals. Our kids were delighted. It is very close to everything, but at the same time it is peaceful and quiet. There are several nice beaches just a 10 minute walk away. We visited Dubrovnik one day (it is very easy to get the bus number 10 from Cavtat to Dubrovnik). Cavtat is a very nice city, with very good restaurants and wonderful/calm beaches. Very relaxing and beautiful. It was my favourite destination at Croatia. Highly recommend it!

My family and I were in Cavtat for the first time. And we found the accommodation via the i-net. Everything was arranged via the net. And when we arrived we were more than enchanted by the atmosphere, cleanness and the really nice landlady Marina! The apartment is very comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. Marina also welcomed us with some amazing home-made liquers. She was on our disposal any time we needed her.Nothing is too much trouble for her and she makes you feel like you are a friend, not just someone staying in her property.
Dubrovnik is also very close and the centre of Cavtat is 15 minute walking distance from the apartment. From the beach is just les than 10 minutes walking distance. The parking space for the cars is secured. We really enjoyed the whole stay! We highly recommend you to stay there!

My boyfriend and I spend 2 great weeks in sunny Cavtat in July 2012. We rented the appartment directly from Marina and Ivo via a holiday appartment booking platform in the internet. Marina even closed an official rental agreement with us upon our request.
We stayed in one of the two smaller appartments, which contained one bedroom and one living room with integrated kitchen. There's a TV, a small hob, a nice couch and armchair and a table with two chairs for having breakfast in the morning, as well as a bed room with a double bed and a medium-sized wardrobe. The bathroom is very small, but has a nice shower in it and is very clean. The appartment does not offer high comfort, is even a bit noisy when the house is fully booked, but offers everything sun-seekers need in order to spend 2 great weeks in Cavtat. If you're traveling by car, we recommend it without hesitation. If elder people or small childrean are traveling with you, it can be exhausting to walk the whole way into Cavtat, as the appartment is an approx. 15-20min. walk (downhill) away from the city centre and the more attractive beaches, and the walk back to the appartment means walking uphill. The most beautiful beaches can only be reached via scooter or car. But a bus is going to Dubrovnik and also alongside the coast. Marina offered us to use one of the barbecue grills belonging to the house and also the washing machine. Having barbecue on the terrasse with this unbelievably great view to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, especially at sunset, is unforgettable. In addition, both, Marina and Ivo were very kind and hospitable. They collected us at the airport, recommended us the scooter rental of a friend with fair prices, and brought us fresh vegetables and were always available for a nice chat and tips regarding our sightseeing in Cavtat, Dubrovnik and trips to the surrounding beaches and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Marinas and Ivos house and would love to come back some time in the future!
