Condominiums vary in size from one bedroom plus living room, to 3 bedrooms plus livinng room plus 2 batrhrooms sizes. Sizes are from 40 to 115 m2. Thay well equiped with TVs. They all have very nice view of the Adriatic see including sunsets almost every evening,

Cavtat is a beautiful little town with nice restaurants, shops and hotels. The town is situated on a peninsula surrounded by walkways with awesome views to Dubrovnik and the sea.
The flat itself is situated on a hill and you'll need some strength
each day to go to the beach in the mornings and back to the flat in the evenings. But it is worth the breath because the view from this nice apartment is beautiful. It also has everything one could need for a relaced holiday, space, nice furniture and silence.

Cavtat must be the perfect holiday destination for a calm, peaceful holiday near a clear sea with pine tree walks. The flat is perfectly placed for the town centre, beach and walks but beware the steep slope for those who are not fit.Once in the flat the views over the bay from the large balcony are superb. you can even see Dubrovnik.The flat itself is very compact with all mod cons and very clean and comfortable and the owner very helpful in case of any problems.No unexpected worries- time to enjoy the surroundings and culture- be sure to visit Cilipi on a Sunday morning to see the local folk dancing!
