Luxury sea front villas located on the north shore of Cavtat bay surrounded by peace yet close to all amenities.
Our properties consist of two separate houses "The West House" and "The East House" that are located one next to the other overlooking the beautiful Cista Luka Bay just a few hundred meters north of the center of Cavtat.
The two properties underwent a complete reconstruction on the historical site of the Rural Complex Anic-Nikic dating back to the 18th century. The reconstruction was completed in year 2012.

We stayed there in august 2012 with our two toddlers. The accomodation has everything one needs when traveling with kids. The beach is 5 min away, there is a kids club in a neareby hotel and Cavtat's town centre is about 20min stroll along the coastline. This was a great alternative to the wondrfull but overprriced Dubrovnik.

I Sassi Bianchi villa is perfect for the nice, romantic, familly holiday. Situated in a great quite location, just 15 minutes walk from the center of beautiful town of Cavtat, and near two largest hotels in the city. Cavtat is a great place for visiting a Dubrovnik (just 10 minutes by car) and other small nice places around (visit a perfect beach in Popovici)
Just below the villa is a small beach (like private beach), so you can hop on and go swimming and go back into the house in 5 min. Nearby there are 2 more small beaches and as well as hotel's beaches (where you can swimms, since are not private), and lots of cozy cafes, where you can enjoy drinking coffee.
The villa looks much nicer and better than the pictures, with one of the most beautiful views of the adriatic Sea (especially on sunset). All rooms are furnished with taste, and everything is clean and new, which is a rarity in Croatia. You have everything what modern house should have. There are a nice terrace where you can spend nice relax time having breakfast or dinner.
My family and I really enjoyed staying at the villa and we'll be back again...for sure!
