Villa Hermosa is a lovely, well maintained, 2 bedroom home located towards the south end of Front Street. While located in the village, it is far enough away from the hotspots to still be quiet in nature but close enough to walk to restaurants, grocery stores and local nightspots. With Tropical hardwood finishing, Mexican tile floors, vaulted ceilings in every room, this beautiful home is ideal for up to four persons, family or friends. Melissa and I were lucky enough to spend our honeymoon on Caye Caulker in December 2011. Villa Hermosa was perfect, great location and plenty of room. The front balcony was the perfect place to relax the day away on hammocks. The 2nd story perch was ideal for people watching with a cocktail in the evenings. It's located far enough away from the center of town to not be caught up in the noise, but is a quick walk/ride to the restaurants. Very clean, well designed, breezy, and all amenities work great (sink, toilet, AC).
Kim took great care of the property and hooked us up with great bikes and recommendations. He was also invaluable in helping us plan our mainland excursion and made sure Jason was available to help us get around. Kim also led us right with various activities, best of which was diving with Bert, Zack, and alex at Scuba Sensations! -

This was our fifth trip visiting Caye Caulker. Needless to say we love it.
This past visit was extra special from renting the Villa Hermosa House. It is very comfortable, clean and a great location. We spent many hours in the hammocks on the front porch overlooking Front Street watching the passer bys. The best thing about the house is the location and the porch.
We recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy the village. Caye Caulker Rentals employees are helpful and friendly to work with.
Over the years we have made several friends on Caye Caulker and look forward to visiting again.

I highly recommend Villa Hermosa, or other properties managed by Kim and the folks at Caye Caulker Rentals. Villa Hermosa is perfectly-located and offers easy barefoot walking to all of the main island destinations. The house is incredibly comfortable and provided ample space for 4 of us to unwind after a day of snorkeling. Kim and his staff have struck a fine balance between officiousness and neglect; and all our needs were taken care of in a timely, yet casual, manner.

Villa Hermosa it's an mazing deluxe house that provides all kind of stuff for your own comfortability.
Honestly, there is no way to find a complaint. I really recommend Villa Hermosa as also the attention that Kim provides.
