This is a ground floor, end unit, 2 bedroom - 3 bath condo located on a reef protected beach. You walk out the sliding door right onto the beach, within steps of the ocean. Restaurant, bar & pools on the property. The dive shop & grocery store are within a mile of the resort. Very quiet, friendly island!

This condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The condo states is sleeps four but we had a party of five with one person sleeping on the couch. We never felt as if we didn't have enough room. The three baths were a plus for five people taking showers in the afternoon (or not). The condo had three sliding doors. One in each bedroom and one in the living room. We felt very safe leaving sliding doors open while we slept at night. Beach and water are right out the back door. Walking distance to dive shop and car rental. Owners very nice and helpful with quesitons. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Cayman Brac.

I waited a couple of weeks before writing this so that I could look back and write what I believe is a fair and accurate review.
First and Foremost - I do not believe that you can go wrong renting this condo as long as you only need 2 bedrooms/3 baths. The condo is immaculate and very comfortable. It is an end unit and is located on the first floor of the building steps away from the beach. There is a very comfortable hammock just a few steps outside the patio doors. The deck houses a small gas grill, table and chairs. The living area and both bedrooms each have a private deck to view the calm blue water from.
The kitchen is well equipped and the owners were gracious enough to leave some provisions (they had left a few days before I arrived). The king bed was very comfortable in the master bedroom and the second bedroom had 2 twin beds (which were not used during my stay). The air conditioning worked extremely well throughout the unit. Also, the water heater seemed to supply more than I needed (a pet peeve of mine is running out of hot water).
If you do not feel like cooking, the Captains Table restaurant is about 30 seconds away and had good food at reasonable prices.
The location was extremely quiet and relaxing. I guess the biggest recommendation I can give is to say that on my next trip to Cayman Brac, I will make sure that I am staying in this unit.

This unit is at the end of the lagoon and beach. It is quite and private, just what we wanted. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. We would often lounge on the beach or walk down to the pier with no one around. Occasionally there is a little noise from the Quarry down the road and smell from the Salt Pond, but not intrusive. The unit is very clean and has everything we needed. The pictures of the unit are great, but even better when you arrive. Cindy was wonderful to work with. She emailed us more pictures and answered any questions we had. We have traveled to beach locations all around the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii and found Cayman Brac to be the friendliest and most laid back of them all. This is one location we will go back to. We can't wait to go back to the Brac!

It is hard to top the first review of this condo. The review is so informative. We have stayed all over the world and all four us us agreed these accomodations are so very sweet. You are literally "on the beach"! The end unit makes it so private. Each bedroom has it's own balcony along with your own entrance door with screens for great cross breeze. The owners were very kind to share much of their supplies to make things extra comfortable. The bar and pool is such a plus without a vehicle. Yes, it is very quiet and laidback but that is just what we were looking for. Read the 1st review and don't hesitate to vacation at this property..a real treat! We will be back for sure!!

Comfortable and spacious air-conditioned unit with walk-on beach access. Two large bedrooms with en-suite baths plus a 3rd bathroom in main living area. Well-equipped kitchen. There's a restaurant and bar within the condo complex for those nights you don't want to cook. If you don't want to swim in the warm Caribbean Sea just outside the back door, there is a small fresh-water pool in this complex, plus access to a larger pool in a condo complex next door. Nearby resort offers fantastic boat-diving, plus there's another scuba operation close by through which you can arrange shore-dives. I recommend a rental car for at least some of your stay to explore other areas of the island (e.g: hiking the top of the bluff to see the booby birds or driving to the end of the island for cave exploration or rock climbing) and to get to and from dive operations or shore-diving sites. Night life on Cayman Brac is pretty low-key; you can hang out at a handful of outdoor bar/restaurants, but don't expect any mirrored-balls. Do expect a laid-back and friendly little island.
