Was very nice to stay at the condo for our family. However, they did remark that the twin beds were uncomfortable. Access to the Kaibo beach and restaurant were great.

Left on 03/27/2011 for a stay in January 2011
My family and I stayed here at this Cayman Kai property over the holidays 2011, and it turned out to be a an excellent choice. It is far removed from Georgetown , so you do need a car .(About 45 mins from the town )
The condo was clean and big enough for 4, and also the pool/hot tub was great. Besides Rum Point beach we were also found Starfish point.Very quiet ...very laid back. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Grand Cayman.

Relaxing Vacation in Condo
Left on 03/08/2011 for a stay in February 2011
We had the opportunity to stay in this condo in Feb 2011. The booking process was very easy with Don and Linda at Cayman Vacations. Linda also assisted with the booking of a car from Marshall's. I would recommend Marshall's for car rentals.
Having been to the Caymans before, I knew exactly where the condo was located and for us it was the perfect spot. From the condo we walked about 15 yards to the pool and then you walked about 20 more yards and you were in the ocean. The Kaibo Yacht club is next door and they have two good options for food with the dining room upstairs and the bar area on the lower level. Very good place to get food.
The check-in process was very easy and we had no problems at all. The condo worked great for 2 people and it could have easily handled 4 people. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the pillows were very nice. The master bathroom was nice and they provided plenty of towels.
The kitchen had all of the requirements for cooking a meal but no condiments or spices were provided. In most condos we have stayed in their is always a selection of items that are left behind from previous renters but it looked like everything was cleaned out at the end of each stay. Not a big deal but we had to buy a few spices and salt/pepper.
The living room had comfortable furniture to sit on during the evening.
The condo has wifi and that was nice. It took a while to find the password that was in a book hidden below the telephone directory, but once I found that it worked perfectly.
I gave the comfort rating a 4 because it would have been nice to have a little nicer furniture in the screened in porch area . I would have spent more time in that area if the furniture as a little nicer.
I gave this condo a rating of 3 on the cleanliness scale. As you walked into the condo, the first impression was that it was clean. Once we settled in we notices that a layer of dust was on the picture frames, shelves, televisions and on top of the fridge. We also noticed that the light fixtures had not been cleaned and they had a few dead bugs in them. The bathrooms were clean but they could have used a deep cleaning as well. With this being said, I think all homeowners are aware that you need to do a deep cleaning every once in a while to get rid of the dust/bugs in areas that you don't clean on a regular basis but this concern did not ruin our vacation by any means. It is an item that can be fixed very easily.
Overall the condo was nice and we had a great vacation. I would rent this condo again when we return to the island and I would use Cayman Vacations as a rental agency as well.
