This 3 bedroom condo offers great views of the ocean, of the Cayucos pier as well as the Morro Rock. Well located within 3 blocks walk to the beach or to the quaint little downtown area. Very well stocked, satellite TV/DVD, gas fireplace, Gas BBQ, and immaculately clean. A perfect get away for a fun time in one of the last little coastal towns in California. This condo has 3 levels. This is a quiet, small beach town with many fun activities . From the condo one can see the ocean, and at night even hear the waves breaking. It is within 19 miles to San Luis Obispo, 4.5 miles to Morro Bay. Hearst Castle is 19 miles north and a view of the elephant seals a couple more miles north. It is in the heart of the wine country of the central coast. Hiking, walking,kayaking and surfing, wine tasting, or just relaxing is here in this great community

We stayed here over Christmas with my family and really liked it. The place is more lovely than the photos suggest. We loved the ocean views, the great light through the big windows and skylight, the spacious living/dining area, and the short walk to the beach. The condo had stylish, modern decor and was very clean and well-kept, with two bathrooms (both with shower/tub). The kitchen design was open to the dining/living area, so whoever was cooking could still chat with the rest of the family. The big dining table expanded to seat all of us comfortably for dining, games, and puzzles. The living area had comfortable sofas, ottomans, and a very nice tv and dvd player. We really appreciated the little touches, like the supplies of paper towels and kleenex, kitchen towels, plastic baggies, salt and pepper and such. The kitchen was also well-stocked with cooking pots/pans, implements, even a french press. The property manager was really on top of everything, responded quickly to messages, and explained things in detail. It was just so easy/pleasant to reserve this place and stay here, we want to come back again. One slight drawback was that the walls were a tad thin and sounds carried easily, especially from the kitchen up to the master bedroom, but considering all the advantages, this was a minor concern. Plus, the wifi worked great for all our gadgets.
