The beautiful town of Cayucos was voted as one of five "Undiscovered Beach Hideaways" by Travel & Leisure Magazine. This delightfully decorated beach home is NEW on the vacation rental market.
You will be "wowed" by the white-water ocean views. Located on top of the hill, your 180 degree views of this quaint town and the Pacific Ocean are yours to enjoy from the open living main floor and the huge Master Suite.
If you are looking to relax and enjoy the views or participate in all the activities on the Central California Coast, you have selected the right property. Boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, bikes and kites are avail...able for your use. Sand castle toys for the kid in all of us as well as board games and puzzles for those who enjoy inside activities.
One garage stall is open for parking along with three spots for off-street drive-way parking. A full bath is located in this downstairs area so you can take a warm shower after all your beach fun!
As you enter the home you are greeted to your first glimpse of your vacation retreat. Walking up the circular staircase to the main floor you begin to unwind looking at some of the local art.
A full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal. A gas BBQ is off the kitchen. Have breakfast while enjoying the ocean views - the dining area seats up to 10. Enjoy a bottle of local wine on us at the bar. Relax on a huge comfy couch (makes into a queen bed with built in air mattress) and enjoy the views. Large flat panel TV is for your enjoyment. DVD's and Wii game console are set up for your use. A gas fireplace helps warm up the evenings.
Head up another flight of stairs to the three bedrooms. Wake up in the master suite to the expansive ocean views. A quiet sitting area is a perfect place to read a good book or even take a quick nap. A king tempura-pedic bed, gas fireplace and flat screen TV are set up for your enjoyment. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a private deck off the master where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the sounds of the waves.
The second bedroom is fondly referred to as the "color room" by friends and family. Its' brightly colored beach decor puts a smile on your face as you enter. A queen bed, flat screen TV, DVD and video game console are awaiting guests.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV with DVD player.
There is also a complete laundry room for your use.
Step out to the backyard and you have a hot tub for your enjoyment. Have a glass of wine around the fire pit table or a good conversation with friends on the outdoor couch and chairs.

It's a short walk to the beach through town. Enjoy the beach experience of local restaurants, little shops, antique stores, and a community full of friendly people.
Venturing ou of Cayucos within 20 minutes to the north is Harmony and Cambria. A little further you will find Hearst Castle, the elephant seal sanctuary, lighthouse tours and Ragged Point. Heading south is Morro Bay where you can stroll the Embarcadero. San Luis Obispo is about 25 minutes south and you definitely don't want to miss the Farmer's Market on Thursday evenings.
