Save $$$$ Great Economical Family Vacation!!!! Cedar City is located in beautiful Southern Utah. 178 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada. About 30 minites to Zion, and Cedar Breaks and Brian Head Ski Resort. It is a short 2 hour drive to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Arches National Park, and many, many more. Utah has more National Parks than any other state! a Great for hiking and fishing and enjoying nature.

Offering this property for $625 per week, (summer rate), $700 per week (winter rate), includes utilities, internet, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, all linens and parking for 2 cars. A security deposit of $200 is required to hold reservation and will be returned upon check out. This will provide Insurance against property damage and to insure your reservation is held. A $60.00 cleaning fee will be withheld. After October 31, this years winter rate is now $625.00 per week/ $1875.00 per month. There is a minimum of 3 nights, ($135.00) per night.

Lovely condo, enjoyed the view. All the comforts of home. Easy access to Main street and I-15. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Convenient to several national parks, monuments and scenic drives. The drive across Cedar Mountain on Rte 14 is not to be missed!

The condo is wonderful in every aspect: location, size, affordability, quality, decor, amenities, etc. Could not ask for any more, all of the comforts of home (in some case more).
Sandi is a pleasure to work with. Check in & out is easy. She goes out of her way to accommodate.

We stayed in a very beautiful condo in cedar city ut..the condo was very clean,great location to Zion,Bryce,and other parks,the amenities were everything we needed,the owner very easy to work with and the people in cedar city were some of the most friendly we ever met..also the resturants were excellent with amazing low prices..the parks were unbelieveable!!

This is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. There are living areas in both the upper and lower levels. The lower level walks out onto a private patio, and the upstairs has a small balcony. The condo is very nicely furnished and the kitchen appliances are new. The master bedroom is very large and the other two bedrooms are good sized. There is a laundry room downstairs with a full size washer and dryer.
Cedar City is a beautiful community near Zion National Park. There is a city park with great walking trails and the scenery is similar to Zion. There is a small town atmosphere but there are also many restaurants and shopping areas.
The condo is 2 or 3 blocks from a major street and it is very quiet. There is plenty of parking.
We enjoyed our visit to Cedar City and look forward to returning and would definitely want to stay at this condo again.

The condo is very near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The clear clean air was very restful and allowed me to walk around a beautiful area surrounding the condo. I was able to get quick access from the condo to the national park. I am photographer of sorts and found the sights and sounds breath taking and my pictures will make this time well spent, I would rent it again.

My husband and I usually stay in hotels when visiting Cedar City but this time we decided to try a vacation home instead and we couldn't have been more happy that we did! This condo was perfect- clean, quiet, and fully equipped!
The condo was right in the middle of everything- great outdoors activities, an aquatic center, reservoir, restaurants, and a movie theater. It was also near a Walmart and other markets so we could cook in a few nights to save money on eating out. It is also close to the i-15 freeway so navigating around town was really easy!
The furnishings inside the apartment were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! It has all the furniture you will need and it so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel! Everything worked great and we were so presently surprised that the condo had a washer and drier for doing a quick load of vacation laundry!
The backyard and front patio were beautiful and so relaxing after a day of skiing, it made our stay in Cedar City perfect. Safe to say next time we head out there for a trip we will skip the hotels and head straight here!Response from Sandra Ravis - 04/26/2011
