We absolutely loved our stay with Mrs Rosemary over Memorial Day weekend! The seaspray townbhomes are exactly where you want to stay, right on the corner of dock street. The place we rented was very clean and filled with ariel decor! We loved the mermaids. Location, location, location is all you can say. Steps to shops, restaurants and entertainment and a low down family feel. The hosts even gave us a free ride to the airport. Miss them already. Must stay!

My stay here was great, from the moment the hosts greeted me in the parking lot until the time I drove away three days later. The unit I was in was comfortably furnished and quite spacious. Nice little amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen made the stay pleasant.

We stayed at the Seaspray Townhouses for a week, having stayed in other places in Cedar Key before. We had a warm welcome from Rosemary which carried over into our experience of the townhouse--pleasantly decorated, stocked with little things like salt, pepper, dishwashing detergent, and paper napkins, and very spacious feeling. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The full bath is upstairs between the two bedrooms; a half bath is downstairs. It's perfectly located for never having to use your car; you can walk everywhere you need to--public park and beach, restaurants, stores. There's not much in the way of grounds (although it's very nicely planted), but if you don't mind not having a pool or beach area, it's a great deal--and the balcony is a lovely place to sit at sunrise and sunset. (If you have trouble with calling or emailing to make a reservation, keep trying--connections can sometimes be a bit sketchy on the island.)

This was the third time I stayed at Seaspray Town houses, and will not stay anywhere else, any time I return to Cedar Key. The apartment is equipped with all the utilities, comfort and personal touch one normally finds at home. Every time I find it in spotless condition.

Jacksonville,FlGreat Place to Stay...Very Very Clean Townhomes!
Left on 07/01/2011 for a stay in June 2011
We have stay here several times they are very very clean and well equiped. They are within walking distance to pier for fishing, shops for shopping and restaurants with good food. If you want to be adventurous and explore the island rent a golf cart from the folk's across the street @ The Gulfside Motel. They offer the best golf cart rates on the island, or we might suggest an airboat ride. A must do...have a cup of "World” famous clam chowder @ Tony's. Cedar Key is our favorite relaxing get away destination.

North Ridgeville, OhioRelaxing, wonderfull place to stay
Left on 03/10/2011 for a stay in February 2011
My wife discovered this wonderful place while passing by on her way to visit relatives in Tampa six years ago and we have come here for the past five Februarys. We even added an extra two weeks this year. The landlords are very cordial and have become good friends.
The townhouses are clean, very well maintained and are within walking distance to most places in town. If you wish to go a bit further there are several places to rent a golf cart.
Cedar Key is a piece of "Old Florida" that is getting harder and harder to find. These townhouses are an ideal place to be your base for relaxation and further exploration of the area. We will be back in 2012 for our sixth year.

We have stayed here during the months of Feb. and March for 4 years and eagerly look forward to our time here. It is like a home away from home. The townhouses are comfortable, very clean, well equipped and in good repair. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating and have come to feel like family. The location is perfect..very convenient to everything the island has to offer. This is the true "old" Florida...friendly, quiet, and quaint. No traffic jams and many interesting things to do. We love it here and hope to come back to Seaspray and Cedar Key for many more years. We stayed at several other places on the island when we first came here and checked out most of the other rental places available and truly feel that we are lucky to have found the best.

Sintra, PortugalDelightful!
Left on 02/28/2011 for a stay in February 2011
We stayed at Seaspray Townhouses to attend a family wedding in Cedar Key after we had to leave the first place we reserved due to it being very run down and dirty. Our unit at Seaspray was immaculate, comfortable and perfect for our needs! The bedrooms are spacious and the living area was well equipped with kitchen essentials, tv with DVD player and WiFi. It's located within convenient walking distance to everything. Very enjoyable stay at a very reasonable price.
