The owner of Siciliana was lovely and very attentive. He was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful providing ideas on activities and sites in Sicily. The property was spacious and in a lovely location, but requires some deep cleaning and sprucing.
The view from the outside area and the ourdoor area with herbs and fruit trees.
The interior of the property needs updating. It was not very "fresh". The bedding was old, stained and ill-fitting. The towels looked decades old.
Cefalu was a lovely town and was centrally located in Sicily. -

Our holiday was great. It's a big villa with a lot of room and very clean. The beach was great.
It was clean and big.
There were not enough sun loungers, but the key holder said he was getting more.

A great base for exploring Sicily, well located near the charming town of Cefalu. Most striking feature of this villa is the total peace and quiet of the surroundings, affording a very relaxing stay. Easy access to the autostrade.
Spacious and quiet. Proximity to Cefalu is 2 km, a charming little town, where all services are available. Far enough yet close enough to Palermo - about 70 km. Breakfast and dinner on the patio.
The villa itself could use some TLC doors, window frames and shutters are in need of a paint job. Absence of a dishwasher. The private beach is has dried seaweed and the sea bottom off the beach is all large rocks and boulders, and you need foot protection to venture in the water. The property being seaside, it was somewhat disappointing to have the sea view almost totally obstructed by overgrown trees on the property - a little pruning is in order.
Peace and quiet. Cefalu was an interesting town to visit, with an excellent sand beach where we went for 3 days. Also a good base to take day trips from here: Mt. Etna, Catania, Palermo. Driving back from Etna, we went thru the back roads thru the village of Randazzo and then route SS-116 between Randazzo and Capo d'Orlando, which is a cliffside twisting road not for the faint of heart! -

Nice Villa with a great sea view. Very friendly and service-minded
host/keyholder.
Nice space for two families and a great view. Pool was excellent and nicely kept.
Distance to the pool. Beach was nearby but in order to get into the water you need to be aware of stones and seaweed. (Rubber pool shoes are recommended. The pool hours were not optimal for kids: 10-1:30 and 5:00-8:00pm.
