The home has been very tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard and has top quality furniture, decor and fittings throughout the home.
You cannot fail to be impressed as you enter this fantastic home when you will see the genuine hardwood flooring that flows through from the villa entry and formal living and dining areas right through the family room, breakfast nook and kitchen areas.
The first room in the home is the formal living room which is very tasteful...ly furnished with large sofas, tables and lamps. A perfect spot for some relaxation and a quiet read while the rest of your family enjoy the other ammenities of this wonderful Disney area home.
Next comes the modern and contemporary dining area which has 2 separate dining tables and seating for family dining.
At the rear of the home is the huge gourmet family kitchen which has an abundance of storage space, dark wood cabinetry, granite counter tops and a center island.
The kitchen appliances are high end stainless steel quality units. There is a stove, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, large microwave. There is also a double station coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle and all the pots and pans, silverware, glassware, crockery and plasticware that you will need to prepare simple family snacks right up to full blown family feasts! Adjoining the kitchen is a further dining area in the breakfast nook with a view of your own private pool deck area from here.
Adjacent to this area is the villas family room with large flat screen HDTV with surround sound and DVD player. There is also a stereo and I-pod docking station if music is your thing!
The home is further complimented with free wifi internet access so that you can connect to cyberspace and e mail all your friends back home and brag about your vacation! There is a printer in the home that you can connect your laptop to, perfect for printing off directions and coupons!
There is a large ceiling fan in this area to add to your comfort and compliment the full air conditioning that the home enjoys.
Lets go take a look outside at your own private swimming pool area. This area has a Southerly aspect so is perfect for all you sun lovers! The area offers a large lanai (under cover) area with 2 fans for a welcoming breeze. Just perfect for a little respite from the warm Florida sun. There is ample patio furniture, chair, tables, sun loungers and even your very own poolside bar!
Little ones in your party are safe out here as there is a safety fence to keep them away from the water. This can be easily removed for adult groups.
The whole pool deck area is enclosed in a screened area to help keep out the bugs but still lets the sun shine through.
The pool is further complimented with an inviting bubbly spa, just perfect to ease those aching bones after a long day at the Theme parks or shopping!
Let's go back inside and finish off the tour. Also on this level is the first King master bedroom suite consisting of a King size bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, clock, walk in closet with loads of space, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD.
This master bedroom has a private en suite master bathroom consisting of a large tub bath, walk in shower, modern bowl sink, granite tops and cherrywood cabinetry.
Now we move on to what many will consider the villas most awesome feature! This superb home has its very own air conditioned Theater and game room! Furnished with Theater seating complete with cup holders. Take a seat turn down the lights and enjoy a favorite movie on the huge wall mounted screen projected from an overhead projector! This great family room is further enhanced with a soft dart game, air hockey table and a game console! Not just any old game console but an X box Kinect game console!! How much fun can you get in one room?!!
All of this and we have not even been upstairs yet! Here you will find a second King Master bedroom suite consisting of a King size bed 2 nightstands and lamps, clock, ceiling fan, walk in closet, chest of drawers, 32 inch flat screen HDTV and DVD player

There are 2 further full family bathrooms on this level one at each side of the home servicing the other bedrooms. Each has granite tops, bath with shower, sink and wc.
All bathrooms in the home have a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 has a huge King size bed 2 nightstands, lamps, built in closet, ceiling fan, clock, dresser TV and DVD player
Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have a Queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, clock, ceiling fan, dressers, built in closets and TV and DVD players
Lastly we have bedrooms 6 and 7 which both have a twin (single) bed and a set of bunks in each, also nightstand, lamp, built in closet and TV/DVD player.
So in all this truly awesome home will sleep up to 16 guests in comfort in the beds at the home. For families that have small children there are 2 pack n play cribs, 2 high chairs and 2 strollers at this wonderful home.
For even larger gatherings we also have the home right next door as well (property #2748LK on the website) So you can have twice the fun if you are a large group!
All of this and in the number one requested resort in the Disney area! It simply does not get any better than this!
