A fully air conditioned 3 bedroom condo, with 2 bathrooms, this ground floor unit is very nicely furnished with your comfort in mind.

It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, but we do restrict occupancy to 6 people to protect the integrity of the home.

The bedrooms consist of a Master with a King size bed and full en-suite facilities, another Queen size bedroom and a very practical twin room, with 2 twin bunk beds. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen television.

Other features of this great vacation home include a full kitchen, comfortable living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full... size washer and dryer. Another major plus for a condo is that this home also enjoys a single car garage!.

The main living area also boasts a 50 inch plasma television, with a DVD player too!.

The room has a sofa, and 2 chairs, is painted in light, tranquil colors and has a very quaint appearance.

Incidentally, note too that this home enjoys high-speed WIRELESS internet access, which is offered free of charge. An ethernet cable is provided too for those computers that do not have wireless capability.

The kitchen is fully equipped too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone.

All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.

Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a screened in patio, from which you can enjoy an open view of the lake, and the Oakwater fountain, which is very soothing when lit up at night.

Oakwater is a superbly situated resort, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World in Orlando, and is set to become one of the premier vacation vacation resorts in the Kissimmee area.

It will certainly be one of the most popular, and it is easy to see why.

The question we are asked the most is, 'How far is this home from Disney World?'. With Oakwater the answer is simple, it is the closest gated vacation home resort to Disney there is, period.!! The amenities are a major plus here too and include a beautiful heated community pool, a games room and fitness centre, a clubhouse featuring free wi-fi, and The Kea Loke Tiki Bar, which occasionally offers on-site entertainment!. All this, and a lake view too!.

With tennis courts already in place, a basketball court and a sand volleyball court too, Oakwater does have it all, but is still surprisingly quiet. It is full of some of the nicest vacation condos and townhomes you could ever wish to see, and this home is certainly one of them.

Oakwater Resort, in addition to being so close to Disney World, is also very close to all the other major theme parks and attractions, just 20 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 minutes from Sea World and an hour away from the world famous Kennedy Space Center. There are several great golf courses very close to Oakwater, and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
