Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

In a quiet coastal village this lovely 4 bedroom cottage has all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The decor is very well done in a modern style with 4 good sized bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed a full roast dinner one evening, but if you prefer to eat out then theres a couple of pubs and 2 good hotel restaurants within walking distance. Its such a peaceful spot and perfect to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine looking over the harbour wall watching the tide come in. Nice walks in the area and easy enough to explore the rest of the Island. We went as a family of 8 to celebrate a special wedding anniversary and would definitely go back again.

The house was comfortable, spotless, spacious, had every convenience and in the ideal location for our family holiday - 3 generations: 5 adults, 2 children and a toddler. The open plan layout on the ground floor worked well giving the adults and children space. The bedrooms and en-suites were very comfortable. Two bedrooms had julliette balconies overlooking the stunning view of the harbour. Ample secure parking for 3 cars leaving room for the children to play. The beaches were only 2 minutes away as were the shops. Everyone in the village was very helpful and friendly. Wooded walk 2 minutes away and park 5 minutes. Good base to tour from or just to relax and enjoy the immediate area. Would we return - very definitely Yes!
