This is a four seasons house with a 100' private frontage on Leavitt Bay Lake Ossipee. It is a fully equipped house that sleeps ten. It has a cental heating system and oversized working fireplace. Fully applianced (less Dishwasher or Washing Machine. Cable TV and wireless internet. 50" PLasma TV, Surround Sound audio system with VHS tape, DVD, and CD players. The boathouse beneath the game room can accomodate two snowmobiles for winter users. This cottage has a private waterfront on Lake Ossipee, and is located on Snowmobile Trails that lead all the way to Canada.
