The fees vary depending on your stance period:

For long term rental its not included the cleaning service (once a week) an extra cost of US$10 not included in the rental price.
With the fee its included; Gas, Electricity, Internet WiFi, Maintenance, washing machine and space in the ceiling to hang the clothes.
An open kitchen with a brand new cook, refrigerator, food processor, microwave, coffee machine, blender, and all the dishes, glasses etc you might need to have your breakfast and lunch/diners.
The Kitchen, Living room and dinning room are shared areas which must be left clean as you found them.
The kitchen its fully equipped, expresso, microwawe, and all you need to cook nice living room and Internet wi-fi, washing machine and place to hang out the clothes.
The condo is on the 1st floor with lift, 24hrs security, quiet, next to a park with green front view, very few neighbors and easy going and friendly people, completely remodeled and decorated in a contrast of contemporary and classic design as you can see in the pictures.
The flat its 10 minutes to ITAM, UNAM, by car or public transportation.
To get to the ITAM you just need to take a bus crossing the street and leaves you 1 block from the ITAM
To get to the UNAM you just need to get the Metrobus in Insurgentes Av. and you are there in 5 - 10 min.
The condo its next to main public transportation, (1/2 block) Altavista metrobus station,
(3 blocks) from Coyoacan underground,
20 min walking to Coyoacan downtown.
15 min by metrobus to Cuicuilco
7 mins walking to el "bazar del sabado" in San Angel
35 min by metrobus to la condesa
40 min by underground to downtown.
If you want to be picked-up at the airport, we can arrange it for you at a cost of US$50.
Otherwise I will provide you with the address to take a taxi from the airport, its needed to book the check in time of your arrival.

Casa Jaime Sabines Hop-on-hop-off Touribus station. Next to a mall with all facilities (banks, tourism agencies, stores etc..), walking distance to restaurants, night life, malls, and fancy stores as Louis Vuitton, etc... its in front of a calm and green park in the extension of the fancy Altavista street, San Angel (colonial area with restaurants and museums, Mexico´s world heritage); close to Coyoacan (another famous colonial area with churches, restaurants and museums as well), National University of Mexico, Cuicuilco (1st piramid in america), etc.. and just next to the tube that takes you down town (25 min) for the main museums.
From here you are close to many historical places in Mexico City as:
Colonial neighborhood, next to "El Carmen" monastery school called San Ángel Mártir. San Ángel still contains many of its former historic buildings and El Carmen is one of the most visited museums in the city. San Ángel was made the city’s first Patrimonial Tangible Cultural Heritage of Mexico City in 2008. It was also designated as a "Barrio Mágico" by the city in 2011., It helds as weel the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo studio museum, an avant-garde home with two separate houses joined by a walkway where Frida and Diego lived between 1934 and 1940, now one of the architectural monuments of the area containing some of Rivera's art as well as the couple's personal belongings.
San Jacinto Plaza, famous for the Bazar del Sabado (Saturday Market), with its colonial decoration and popular atmosphere.
Casa Jaime Sabines, in honor of the writer and poet from Chiapas. Dating from the Colonial period, recently remodeled to create a culture center offering different kinds of artistic and cultural activities.
