All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Had a great time. We had a slight advantage in that we knew the area. Kites cottage was perfect with excellent hosts. The weather was a combination of rain and fine weather but plenty to see and do locally. Thoroughly recommend and hope to go back soon.

We have just returned from our week's stay in Kites Cottage and had a wonderful time. The owners who live next door with their very friendly labradors made us feel very welcome and were only too pleased to suggest places of interest to visit. The cottage itself is lovely and very comfortable, the door out to the garden from the main bedroom is a great idea and while our dog enjoyed the garden, we enjoyed the views of the surrounding countryside. The location of the cottage is ideal as it doesn't take too long to get anywhere and it is nice to return to the peacefulness of the area after a day out. We enjoyed visiting the coast and local market towns nearby as well as sampling all the delicious homemade food on offer. Would definitely recommend staying at this cottage, it is one of the best holidays we have had.

Excellent cottage very clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the brochure.The owners strike the right balance between being friendly but not intrusive.The gifts of local produce and starter groceries were a welcome additional bonus.Overall an ideal holiday base for Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire.

Lovely little cottage, great sized bedrooms, really loved the one with the door opening onto own outside garden. Welcomed by a lovely couple and their very friendly labradors! A tray with tea things was all ready for when we arrived along with a packet of local biscuits - much needed and appreciated!
