Villa Certaldo 2 sits surrounded by 200 hectares of natural tuscan settings in the Chianti hills with woodland, fields, vineyards and olive groves. The holiday rental villa has now been renovated to a offer a beautiful vacation estate set in the hills of chianti between Siena and Florence. The holiday rental villa has been recently renovated while preserving the original architecture. Villa Certaldo 2 is situated downstairs of the main villa. With 2 twin bedrooms and 3 double bedroom it will sleep 10 to 12 persons. The holiday rental villa... features terracotta floors, wood-beamed and brick vaulted ceilings throughout. The villa also features a double sofa bed found in the living room and 3 bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is quite large and well-equipped to prepare any italian meal. The garden area provides a perfect setting for dining 'al fresco' amid the tuscan countryside. There are two pools found on the estate. The large villa pool sits amid the trees and greenery. It features a sun panel shower. With plenty of sun umbrellas and lounge chairs, the pool is a serenic and picturesque setting for a relaxing afternoon of sunbathing. For time not spent at the pool, amble the streets of the many nearby medieval villages and relish in their beauty and history. All necessary conveniences can also be found there, gourmet restaurants, souvenoir shops, grocery stores, and much more. For larger groups, there are additional accommodations found on the Certaldo Estate. There are two additional villas, both recently rennovated, and four apartments that had been transformed from the building that was originally the school. Each building has its own entrance. Villa Certaldo 2 can be adjoined with Villa Certaldo 1 by both and internal and external staircase. The rental villa is about 4 km from Certaldo, where guests can find all kinds of shops, 8 km from Poggibonsi, 10 km from Barberino Val d'Elsa, 15 km from San Gimignano, 30 km from Siena and 40 km from Florence. The nearest Bus stop and Train station is in Certaldo. Florence (Amerigo Vespucci) is the nearest Airport. However both Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are convenient as well. As well as the abundant shopping opportunities available in Florence, guided tours are offered and the opportunity to purchase typical Tuscan handicrafts such as silver, shoes, ceramics and crystal wholesale is provided. Guided tours of the city of Florence and of its museums is also provided. Transportation to the shopping outlets of Gucci, Prada ect is provided.

Security Deposit: 300 euro Final Cleaning Fee : 15 Euro per person; Minimum - 100 euro Heating: 110 euro Mid week cleaning: 10 euro per hour Cooking on Request Trash Removal - Guest responsibility From this year most of the local councils in Tuscany ( and other parts of Italy) have imposed a 'Tourist Tax' , both in hotels an country residences. The fee must be paid on arrival is cash, a document is completed and signed with a copy being given to the tourist along with a receipt and the amount will deliver it to the City Council of Certaldo. The City of Certaldo has provided all of this information to the property owner to then be passed on to the renters / tourists. The cost is 1 Euro per night per person for a maximum of 6 nights.
