Apartment Giustina is part of a beautiful villa in the central Chianti region, splendidly located between Florence and Siena. The villa offers breathtaking views which span the entire area, starting with the magnificent hills right up to the majestic San Gimignano towers. The villa and the nearby farm buildings have been renovated to create a total of 6 apartments, all of which have been decorated with elegant antiques handpicked by the owner. Though restored to meet modern requirements, the original look and features of the villa has been carefully preserved. Apartment Giustina can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the first floor... of the main villa. There are a total of 3 apartments located in the actual villa . This aparrtment is divided into two sections. In the first area there is a living area with a single bed, 1 kitchen with oven and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. In the second area there is a frescoed bedroom with double bed, a sitting area by the window, a small kitchenette and another bathroom with shower. There is a huge terrace with a wonderful view of the vineyards. The terrace is a great place to unwind and soak up the warm sun. It is furnished with deckchairs and tables-chairs for dining al fresco. The elegant combined dining kitchen area is fully equipped with the most modern conveniences. All of the apartment apart from the kitchen is air-conditioned. Guests have access to a grand Mediterranean-style swimming pool, a private library with recent and interesting books and a beautiful garden complete with large terracotta pots and hand-carved stone railings - typical of traditional Tuscan architecture. The villa is full of Tuscan art including frescoes, high hand-painted ceilings and Stucco. The furniture and art in the villa lend a lovely old world charm to this villa. Guests not only get to enjoy a walk through the vineyards and olive groves of the estate but also get to taste the farm-produced Olive Oil and Chianti Wine. There is an ancient Church, a cute little market and a family-owned Tuscan restaurant, all at an easy walk from the villa. Here you are set amidst all of the best places in Tuscany to see. You can easily reach all of the art cities, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. There are endless wineries to visit and the quaint chiant villages to explore. There are riding stables 5 kms away and parking at the local train station in Certaldo if you dont feel like driving.
