The flat is 10 minutes walk from the main square of the historic town, in a calm and quiet street next to a lake and a park and two playgrounds for children. Near the lake there is a restaurant/pub in case you would not want to walk more than 3 minutes to have something to eat or drink. 10 minutes walk from the historic center of the pearl of Bohemia, Cesky Krumlov, (with the second biggest castle after Prague,) but not in the main touristic site, in a calm, quiet neighborhood. Next to a lake, a park with playgrounds for kids, and also a restaurant/pub. Parking is free in the street. Bus station (bus from Prague every 2 hours or to Lipno, Hluboká, Ceské Budejovice) is 5 minutes away. Ideal for a week end or a longer stay if you visit the surroundings, Lipno, the Bayerische Wald, Ceske Budejovice or for a trip from Prague. Grocery and mini markets are 5 to 10 minutes away, but hypermarkets are also within 10 minutes by car. We offer child equipments (baby bathtub, pram and baby bed) for free!

I have stayed in this apartment on both of my visits to this charming town, once with my family, and once on my own. It is spacious enough for staying with children, and cosy enough for renting it when alone. The apartment is clean, friendly, comfortable, and very well equipped, you have a nice view of the surrounding hills, and it is in a quiet neighborhood, although only a short stroll away from the centre of the beautiful old town. On my second stay, I went for the baroque musical festival of Krumlov, and the owners were most helpful and efficient in helping with tickets, and with recommending pubs, restaurants and sites of interest (they have the insider's knowledge of the town and its events). I spent a great time here, I really think it's value for money, and I warmly recommend it to everyone who likes baroque architecture, historic old towns, good music, good beer, tranquil natural surroundigs, and getting away from all the hustle and bustle.
