Welcome to Villa Lynda, one of the most spectacular homes in the Turks & Caicos, Caribbean where the ocean is turquoise blue, the sand is white and the temperature is 80 degrees year round.

This four-bedroom, five-bathroom ocean side villa looks out over crystal waters from every room in the home. Its privileged Chalk Sound location is among the finest homes of Provo, offers a small beach exclusive to the villa, is just a two a two-minute drive to Taylor Bay, and close to Sapodilla Bay.

The truly exquisite villa enjoys mesmerizing ocean and sunset views and magnificent indoor/outdoor living spaces perfect for creating memories wit...h family and friends. Feel like you're swimming into the sea when you're in the lovely infinity edge pool. Lounge on the sundeck, read in the shade of the trellised areas around the pool, and dine in the comfortable tiki hut.

From its orange-hued roof and raised rotunda, to its modern interior and exceptional amenities, Villa Lynda looks and feels like a palace. Lounge on your private veranda with your morning coffee, and in the evening savor a meal of freshly prepared lobster, picked up from a fishing boat at your dock and prepared by your private chef. Enjoy it served under your personal grass-covered gazebo overlooking the rolling waves and miles of serene water.

Head down to the water for a swim off the dock or follow the short, rocky path that winds adjacent to the home to explore the private tidal beach. Be sure to go when the tide is low so there’s plenty of space for the kids to build sandcastles.

Take a dip in your infinity pool, or enjoy conversation and a card game on your shaded veranda all overlooking the ocean. After night falls, build a blaze in your fire pit and roast some marshmallows for a taste of home in this exotic place.

Villa Lynda has four master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and incredible views. The house comfortably sleeps eight with a sofa bed for a little more room.

  After renting luxury villas in other islands in the Caribbean in the past, we couldn't have been happier after enjoying our week at Villa Lynda! Kerry and Becky were attentive to our small requests and were very knowledgeable about evrything concerning the villa. The villa itself was fabulous! The pictures do not do it justice. We were slightly worried that this villa was "not" on Grace Bay Beach and this would be an inconvenience...not at all! This area of the island was peaceful, beautiful, and had the best sunset of anywhere on the island. Kayaking around the bay to Taylor Bay Beach was fun and good exercise. Other than the wireless internet coming and going, we were extremely pleased staying here.
