Villa Terrier is a grand old chalet built in 1910, Vintage Chamonix Chic. Over the years we’ve discretely replaced some of the old bits with new bits (for example the entire kitchen in 2011) and the result is a stunning haven just minutes from the centre of Chamonix, with an incredible Mont Blanc view.
It’s a place that will beguile you with its classic elegance. The venue for sophisticated soirées and society events during the 1924 Winter Olympics, it still exudes an atmosphere of opulence. The service from our arrival in gva to our departure was impeccable.
The chalet is charming, picture, perfect is a more apt description. Located on a quiet street within walking distance to all of the charm that Chamonix has to offer. The 4 "main" bedrooms have large en suite facilities. The living room and dining room comfortably and easily accommodate 8.
Most importantly the personality, professionalism and work ethic of the staff make this rental "top notch".
Ps. We had one minor glitch with the living room fireplace the first time we used it. The problem is irrelevant. What is relevant is the immediate attention to the resolve of the issue from the local Colliniege rep. Good job on everyone's behalf. -

We had a faultless week's stay at Villa Terrier. As always we were so well taken care of and the food was better than 5*.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the chalet, our hosts or Collineige to prospective travellers.
