Very close to center of town, less then 5mn from bus, shuttle, train stop and telepherique Aiguille du midi. Small supermarket , restaurants, ski and bicycle rental at foot of building. 10mmn from climbing.
Chamonix offers great skiing, mountaineering, trekking, but also golf and tennis and stupendous view on the Mt blanc mountain range. Italy and switzerland are just next door.
Geneva is the nearest airport with numerous shuttles between the two towns

Committed, available, knowledgeable owner - 5th floor (w/elevator) at end of hall - Nice little balcony with mountain & Mont Blanc view also overlooking square with late night bars (noisy & fun) - Easy bus access to slopes - Easy walk to town, even walked to main train station with luggage & skis (there is a closer train stop) - Clean - Good size bathroom - Good storage - exactly as described and as we expected - Good value.

We stayed 6 days at Ms Bloom's apartment with our family.
- The location is perfect. Short walk from everything.
- The apartment is exactly like the photos. Clean, sunny, and everything works perfectly.
- Ms Bloom was very kind and helped us with everything.
- There is some noise coming from a bar downstairs, but we were able to sleep normally.
Cozy and Convenient!
There were four adults in our group: two couples. We found this apartment to be convenient to downtown shopping, L 'Aiguilla du Midi, bus stops, grocery shopping, great walks along the river and more. The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. The apartment was very clean and in good working order. Our only issues was with noise from the groups of drinkers at South Bar down in the courtyard below. The noise kept us awake when the windows were open, but it was too warm to keep them closed. Monique met us at the apartment on the first day, checked in on us via email and sent us a list of good restaurants in the area. We had a great stay!
Lovely comfortable apartment centrally located in Chamonix
We used this apartment as a base for walking in Chamonix and it was a real treat to return to it after a day in the mountains. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. It has a spacious living area, comfortanble sofa, lovely lighting, spotless kitchen and bathroom. Although we did not meet her directly, the owner was very helpful and easy to inteact with by e-mail/phone.
The apartment is located in Chamonix Sud which is very central for all facilities. There was noise from some of the bars on ground level and it did continue until late some of the nights, but becuase apartment was on 5th floor and had good windows, it was not a major issue for us,.
The perfect flat in the most perfect location!
We rented this flat for a week while in Chamonix. It was located in the center of everything with a spectacular view of Mt. Blanc. We could walk anywhere, to restaurants, coffee shops, the main shopping area. There is a market just below and we were very central to the bus.
The owner was lovely, helping us with everything. She was gracious and flexible when we made an error with our departure date. I would highly recommend renting this flat. It was perfect!
In a land of often poorly equipped and questionably clean holiday rentals, this was a breath of fresh air. Well above average furnishing and attention to detail, spotlessly clean, excellent central location. The only shadow on the picture: a rather lively Bar and outdoors drinking (even by -10C !) five floors below. The charming lady owner has informed me that the matter is currently being dealt with.
Newly furnished in a great location
We had a wonderful week in Chamonix using this condo as our base. It has everything one needs packed into a small space. Some friends visited for 2 nights and were pleased with the futon. However I don't think spending the entire week here with 4 adults would suit my need for personal space. My French is not great so it was a great advantage to be able to deal with the owner in English.

Centrally located, comfortable and clean apartment with a view
This stylish apartment suits a couple sharing a room. It could be suitable for a family with children. The main bedroom contains a large wardrobe and has a view out to the mountain. The shower room is accessed from the kitchen as well as the main bedroom and the open plan kitchen/ dinning area is well equiped except for the lack of an oven. This is partly compensated with the small microwave/grill. There is no washing machine, which I found slightly inconvenient for a 2 week stay, although there is access to a laundrette near by.
The apartment faces the square with a restaurant on the ground floor, which can be noisy till late with customers sitting outside. Closing shutters and windows helped.
If you are after an apartment with a view, the view from the balcony is simply stunning!
Stylish & comfortable apartment in the perfect location
Within 5 minutes walk of the aiguille du midi cable car, the railway station, numerous restaurants and with a supermarket outside the door, this was the perfect holiday rental in Chamonix. The apartment has been beautifully decorated, with an excellent bathroom. Monique made us feel very welcome and we would definitely stay there again. The only downsides .. the square outside can be a little noisy at night but we closed the bedroom shutters and this wasn't a problem. Also there is no full size oven, only a combination microwave.

Great location, apartment in perfect condition!
We stayed here with my daughter for a long weekend and found it an ideal basecamp for our trips up to the Mer de Glace and around Chamonix. The beds were comfortable, the flat was impeccably clean, and we really couldn't have been much more central.
