This private studio is a small and quiet hideaway in the heart of the old Chania and has got a private bathroom, kitchen facilities, and a small alley in front.
The neighbourhood is located in the west side of the old Venetian town, in the quiet area of "Topanas", with no traffic, just a few meters from the Venetian old harbour where you can find most of the historical sites of the city of Hania as ell as many places for entertainment.

Despina provided a really exceptional value for us during our 1-month stay in Chania. The studio was very clean and the service was excellent. A Wi-Fi Internet connection that we need for business was there and working reliably. We stayed with a dog, this was not a problem.
Not to mention that the studio is very close to a rocky beach where you can swim. Chania in general is a good place to have a base camp if you want to explore the entire Crete by car. -

I have stayed here 3 times and each time my experience has been better. First I was with friends and then alone. Each time Despina has made me welcome and I have enjoyed Iason more! The location is great, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and close to everything I need - groceries, parking, the sea, cafes, restaurants! As a single woman, I feel safe there as well. Highly recommended.

The combination of Iason Studios' comfort, location, service and cleanliness with the magic of Chania's old town gave us a memorable and joyful experience.Furthermore Despina was very kind with all of us and the provision with internet, a tv set and a kitchenette was incredible.

We stayed with my friend at the private studio. It was a very pleasant studio apartment in great location. We definetely loved Crete & especially Chania.
Located just a short stroll to Old Harbor, but still so quiet.
Our hostess was fluent in English and she was extremely helpful in answering questions even before our visit, and then she helped us find great places to visit in Crete, especially Falasarna & Therisso.
She was also especially helpful when the airlines lost our luggage for 3 days. Highly recommended...No wonder she constantly gets excellent reviews!...
