This super luxurious villa is built in Polemarhion; a small, charming village in Chania, Crete, placed among beautiful olive groves, fine trees and vineyards. Polemarhion village is very close to Chania’s crystal blue beaches (the nearest being just 3 km away) and nested at the cliffs of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the coastline at the northern part of Chania, the green countryside at the east and the White Mountains at the south. Words cannot describe what a great place this is. The house, the pool, the jacuzzi, the view, the location are all truly 5 star. The house was immaculate and very tastefully appointed. The rooms were huge and airy. The outside area with pool, jacuzzi, amazing view and the wood oven were spectacular. The location could not have been any better- very private, yet only 2 minutes or less from the main highway, 5 minutes from beautuful beaches and stores, 10-15 minutes from old Chania, surrounded by vineyards, and, in a picturesque Cretan village to boot! The owners, were amazing, very warm and hospitable. Stella and her husband Michalis and their parents went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had. We were provided with goodies upon our arrival, fresh vegetable, and eve home made Raki. When it was time to go we were very reluctant to leave. I would go back in a heart beat! Best experience ever!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house. You showed us the true meaning of Filoxenia.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in September/October 2012.
The villa is superb. It is in a great location with fabulous views. Extremely well appointed it had everything we needed.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. They met us in Chania Town and took us to the villa, provided a welcome pack.
The villa is located in a small village slightly elevated about 2 miles from the sea. The nearest town had small shops where you could get most things. It was 20 minutes to Chania town which has shopping, restaurants big supermarkets etc, and 10 minutes to Kolimbari in the other direction where there were a number of reasonable restaurants on the sea front.

We were lucky enough to stay for one night at this magnificent villa on July 23rd, when we were invited in our friends' engagement party that took place there.
The location is absolutely charming, with breathtaking views over the ocean and the small villages lying on the hills nearby...
The residence per se, is brand new and elegantly furnished, and the rooms are large and spotlessly clean.
At the party everything was perfect; beautiful decorations, delicious Cretan food and wine, music and of course, lots of dance...!
And the best part: we enjoyed our morning espresso and homemade breakfast by the pool!
We had a great time!

We spent our honeymoon in this lovely villa last September and we had the most wonderful time!
Stella and Babis (the owners) picked us up from the airport and drove us to the villa, which took about 30 minutes. We were made feel very welcome and the service was perfect throughout our stay. Every time we had a question or needed something, we called and they were eager to help.
The villa itself is spacious, stylish and very well equipped; ideal for a romantic getaway!
We rented a car for a few days and we travelled around. It is advised to rent a car since the beach is about 3km away and there are also amazing beaches to visit in the western part of Chania region. Moreover the center of Chania and the magnificent old town is about 15-20 minutes' drive (through highway). Don't miss going there; it's such a beautiful place!
We really enjoyed the sunset at the swimming pool and the patio offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the "Lefka Ori†mountains...
We highly recommend this villa to everyone!

We rented the villa with our friends and their 3-year old daughter for a 2-week holiday in Kreta this summer.
The villa is located by the small village "Polemarhion†and it is just 3 minutes' drive from the beach. The area is peaceful and quiet, filled with olive groves, trees and vineyards.
The house had a beautiful décor and it was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also had a nice surprise for us: when we arrived, they offered us free breakfast and gave beach toys to my friends' little girl!

We rented the 5* villa for one week in august 2011, and we had the best holiday ever! The villa was really stunning; so comfortable and tastefully furnished!
We had everything we needed, and we were pampered with delicious Cretan cakes and pies, freshly cut fruit and vegetables as well as local raki and wine!
The cleaning service was impeccable and the location was perfect for relaxation; the whirlpool bathtub next to the swimming pool really made the difference!
We hope to come back next year! -

We stayed in this dream villa for 3 nights in early June and we really loved it! It is brand new, beautifully furnished and it has great views over the mountains and the seaside. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, especially in the sunset... A welcome basket with fruit and limoncello and sweets was waiting for us on arrival, as well as maps and info materials for interesting places to visit. The villa itself and the service provided was worth the price 200%!!!
