A fantastic luxury 4 bedroom villa with full privacy and unique views to Suda bay. This unique luxury villa is built exactly in front of the sea. It offers full privacy as no other villas are left and right to it.
There is a well sized pool built in year 2012 (brand new). This luxury holiday villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the upper floor while the fourth is on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are with double beds while the other two have two single beds.

Kalami is constructed next to the Fortress of Izzedin, an impressive protective work built by Reouf Pasha after the Cretan Revolution of 1866.
At a distance of 10 km west of Chania Town and very close to Souda, there is the small village of Kalami. It's a small village next to the sea with few habitants and has few stone houses and paved streets.
There are two options for swim, a small sandy beach is in a walking distance from Kalami, as well as the large beach of Kalyves not far by car. The local Kalami beach is not very large (about 150 meters long) and it is sandy. You should get food with you as there are no dining options nearby. On the beach there are some sun beds and umbrellas.
