THE ANEMON VILLAS COMPLEX

Villa Sirocco is one of the three newly built private villas of the Anemon Villas complex. The complex is set in 4500 square meters private land, in the heart of an olive grove and is surrounded by well-tendered Mediterranean gardens full of flowers and grass areas. All our luxury villas are fully equipped and specially designed with modern amenities in order to satisfy even the most demanding guest. Each villa has its own private pool and amazing views of the sea and the sunset.

VILLA SIROCCO

Villa Sirocco is a spacious 120 m2 building, which can accommodates up to 6-7 persons depending on your needs. The modern architecture, the excellent layout, the spacious private pool and of course the romantic view of the sunset are only few of villas' s benefits. Light toned walls and modern design furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and the numerous large windows allow the light to enter offering beautiful views of the olive grove and the sea.

Stretched across three levels, Villa Sirocco offers three bedrooms, fully furniture and tastefully decorated with soft colors. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balconies with outdoor furniture and spectacular sea view. All of the bathrooms are spacious providing fresh towels and in the fully equipped kitchen you can find all the comforts of your own home. Furthermore, the windows and the patio doors are equipped with electrical security shutters and mosquito nets.

The spacious private pool and front veranda of the villa make it an ideal place for romantic evenings for drinking a cocktail or having your dinner under the light of the moon.

Colorful flowerbeds and a small fountain, which follows the changing colors of the pool water, during the night, surround the pool. The pool lights with its changing colors and the sound of flowing water from the fountain provide unique moments of relaxation.

The entire villa has an autonomous heating/cooling system and a fireplace on the ground floor, since –as all the villas- it can be rented throughout the year. It also provides safe box and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

On the ground floor, in where is the main entrance, you can find an open plan fully equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining area and a living room that leads to the pool front terrace, with an outdoor dinning table and of course the private pool. The living room with the comfortable large sofa, elegantly decorated in soft colors, accommodates the modern-designed fireplace and offers full view of the pool area through a large balcony door. There, are also a satellite TV, complete with DVD, a mini Hi-Fi system and a selection of books, DVDs and board games. Finally, in this level there is a spacious bathroom with shower.

The second floor has two bedrooms with private balconies and the best view of the surrounding area and of the sunset. Also this level accommodates a large bathroom with a corner bathtub .The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and a hair dryer.

The lower lever of the villa accommodates one more sizeable bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and a second sitting area. In both of the rooms, light and air enter through the large windows, giving a very airy feel. Furthermore a utility room fitted with a washing machine and ironing facilities, can be used as storage.

The pool area, in addition to the spacious private pool (55 m2 and 1,5m depth), complemented by modern design sunbeds and a large umbrella (the beach towels are also provided). During the night, the pool lights create a magnificent setting as they change color and in that scenery you can relax by drinking a summer cocktail...

With easy access to the main road network, you can either choose to relax by your private heaven of Anemon Villas or make day trips to some of the most beautiful beaches in western Crete, like Falaserna, Balos and Elafonisi.

Named after the Sirocco wind, which blows from the south, Villa Sirocco is ideal for family, friends or even romantic getaways.... and promises to make your holidays in Crete unique!!!

Getting around

Anemon villas provides easy access to the national road thus making it easy to travel to all destinations in western Crete. A car is essential for travelling at your own leisure, but if you decide against hiring a car then you can always use the bus network to get to most the the destinations in Crete. The bus stop is only 400 meters away from the villas. Finally there is always the option of hiring taxis mini vans and other private means of transportation.

Interaction with guest

At your arrival ,Haris and Stefanos are going to welcome you and provide all the necessary information about the rental. They will inform you about all the amenities the house offers and answer any questions that you might have. Furthermore we will be available to the guests with information about the area things to see, places to visit or anything else you might need. Our phones are always on for any problems our guest might need help with.
