THIS FORMER WORKSHOP ON TOM'S NECK FARM, HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO A WONDERFUL RUSTIC COTTAGE DECORATED WITH OLD FARM TOOLS. IT SITS ON 70 ACRES OF LAND WITH WOODS, FIELDS, ROLLING HILLS, WALKING TRAILS, CLAMMING POND & A LONG, GLORIOUS SANDY BEACH. WILDFLOWERS & WILDLIFE ABOUND. IT HAS A RATHER WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN, BUT NO DISHWASHER. GREAT CONVERSATIONS ENSUE AROUND THE SINK WHILE DISHES ARE BEING WASHED. THE WALLS ARE THIN AND ONE BEDROOM AND THE BATHROOM HAVE CURTAINS FOR DOORS. CONSIDER IT GLORIFIED/ELEGANT CAMPING!

      This Chappy property is spectacular in every way !!!

      There are so many advantages to this property and its location, that I don't know where to begin. World-class beach access in all directions, including its own semi private, spectacular beach. As a fisherman, this is as good as it gets. I choose to vacation at Tom's Neck every spring for a week and 2 weeks in the fall, for the striped bass and bluefish derby, with Family and friends. The real estate company has been extremely helpful and business like. I find it perfect in every way . Almost nothing, has changed on this property for hundreds of years. No trophy homes, just trophy views and beaches, 2 miles from the heart of Edgartown, it do want to have a day or evening on the town... Location, location, location ! Andy, Waitsfield, Vermont

      Simple Pleasures

      Our children created plays and concerts for us every night. Made us laugh as they dug clams and chased sea creatures. Exhausted themselves chasing their dog around the farm. The simplicity of the Workshop allowed us to make it our home for a week. Not the first time we stayed at Tom's Neck but 2008's trip was the best vacation our family has shared.
      To us the Workshop is the best rental on MV.
