Vacation on a Beautiful Farm, with acres of field and access to over 100 acres of conservation land and trails. Privacy and open space all in one, with fields and woods, wildflowers and only 1 mile to the ocean beach; includes full access to a members only beach on Edgartown’s outer harbor, only 2.5 miles away. This is an old farm house, with updated kitchen and bathrooms, outdoor shower, and all the charm and a few of the quirks of a restored 200-year old home. Large outdoor yard and deck, well-equipped kitchen with eat-in space; large farm dining room, living room with fireplace. Six bedrooms with lots of charm and antique furnishings. An added plus is the Association beach on the outer harbor (5 minute drive)that you will have use of!
