This newly renovated one bedroom studio unit sleeps up to 2 people. This unit is ground level with the courtyard just outside the front door. There is a fully equipped kitchen area, a table for 4 and a full bathroom. The courtyard is shared with 2 other units and includes a fire pit, seating and 6 person hot tub. There is one Queen bed, a computer and off-street parking, which is also shared with other units. The location of this unit is convenient and within walking distance of most anything you’d need, including downtown.

Left on 11/01/2011 for a stay in October 2011
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this studio apartment and we loved it. It is in a great location, there are good restaurants around here and it is within walking distance of all the action in downtown. It was clean and just the right size for two people. Also, the owner was amazing! He gave us some tips on places to eat and let us know about the farmers market downtown on Saturday. We really enjoyed our stay here!
