This modern cottage is located on the edge of the village of Charlestown near to St Austell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Conart Cottage is a modern cottage on the edge of the village of Charlestown next to St. Austell in Cornwall. The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom, making it suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Well decorated, well equipped house. Very good location, close to beaches, shops and attractions. A lovely place to come home to at the end of the day. Only drawbacks - the kitchen/diner very small and we would have liked another chair in the sitting room for comfort, but it was only for a week, so we coped.

the key was ready and cottage was clean. The cottage was very modern and well equipped an ironing board was provided but no iron! The location was exactly with pubs and restaurents in walking distance. Easy to see local area especially Eden project. The only thing taht let the cottage down was some of the knives and cutlery were a bit rusty and the lawn needed cutting!
