Located on the tiny unspoilt Caribbean island of Nevis, Calamansi has panoramic views of the Caribbean and Atlantic oceans and Nevis peak, and is only a 5 minute drive away from beautiful white sandy beaches which are often deserted. It is located near Mount Nevis Hotel, on a small, quiet, private development. The property is on a half acre plot and has a private pool, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, a screened verandah and a gas barbecue. The villa is located in a new private residential area within walking distance of a small golf course, and a five minute drive away from the Mount Nevis hotel, several restaurants, beaches and Nevis airport. Within a ten minute drive are water sports, horse riding and quad bikes.
Taxis and minibus transport is readily available, but we recommend that guests rent a car which can be kept in the driveway of the villa.

I was lucky enough to stay at Villa Calamansi in april of 2011. The villa had been newly completed and could not have been more comfortable! A lovely pool, a beautiful screened in porch and the view of the sea was amazing! The villa was furnished beautifully and it was very quiet and relaxing! I would love to visit and stay there again!

I truly enjoyed my time at the beautiful Villa Calamansi. The Pool was wonderful and I enjoyed sunbathing on the deck or just relaxing while enjoying a few beers. The property is hugh and the yard is well manicured. Calamansi is quiet and relaxing easy to find and the bed was super comfortable. All rooms have a/C and screen protectors which was important. I was met by amelia who is a lovely person (manages property) and Sue and her husband were awesome at answering any questions I had during my stay. I will say that the price I paid was a bargain... If I had to do it all over again I would snatch this offer up.
Nevis is a quiet relaxing island which comes alive during the night. I was able to visit the town and take in a few shows as this Island celebrates Cultrarama. I enjoyed the Island and will go back soon.Response from Sue Binner - 09/18/2012

Loved Calamansi, perched on side of Mount Nevis but still close to shore. Very roomy, well appointed, good sized pool to enjoy when not exploring the different beaches.
The laid-back Caribbean atmosphere is an education in itself, this place is truly unspoilt, as yet uncommercialised (thankfully). If you want a flavour of Caribbean culture, this is an excellent choice. The friendliness and warmth of everyone we met was a real pleasure. Thoroughly recommend it. -

My wife and I have vacationed on Nevis for the last 6 years. Last year we stayed at Calamansi Villa. After checking many villas we decided on Calamansi because it offered all the important things we were looking for. 1st the owners and the On Island agent were attentive to our needs. Calamansi is a new villa and is very well laided out. The pool and porch were our favorite areas. We did most of our cooking on the gas grill. For the price range it is a great value. The views are good. Being higher up there was a nice breeze most of the time. We would definitely stay at Calamansi again.

Beautiful island. Friendly, relaxed. Beautiful beaches - so chilled. Temperatures every day 30 degreesC pure sunshine. Make sure you use a high factor you'll need it. Villa extremely spacious 3 great size bedrooms. Beautiful infinity pool. Everything you could wish for. Visits to St Kitts easy if you want to shop for anything else other than food & essentials. Found best place to eat & scuba / snorkel was Owalia Beech very close to the Villa. Chevys is weekend boogie. Best to hire a car for your stay. If you get it at the airport they will give you one in Nevis too. Saves paying ferry crossing for the car! Start taking Vitamin B complex & garlic a month before you go - the Mosquito's fell in love with me but not my pall ! ! Flight direct with Ba well worth it.
