The Royal Palm Villas are luxury vacation villas, on the beautiful and friendly island of Nevis, West Indies. Nevis is located in the Caribbean near St. Kitts, St. Maarten, Antigua and Montserrat. The Royal Palm Villas are beautiful, 2 bedroom 3 bath, architect designed villas. They are on two levels, with spectacular ocean and Mt. Nevis views from 3 decks. The living space is on the second floor with vaulted ceilings, and the bedrooms are on the lower level. There are memory foam beds with fine linens in all of the bedrooms. Nevis is a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and big island mega resorts. If quiet secluded beaches, great fishing, snorkeling, diving, hiking or horseback riding, exploring old sugar mill ruins is your thing, you will love Nevis. There are many good local restaurants as well as the restaurants at all of the Historic Boutique Hotels. Or you could have your meal prepared for you in your own fully equipped kitchen or do it yourself. Once you visit Nevis you may never go anywhere else! This will be a Caribbean adventure of a lifetime. There are green vervet monkeys that run wild as well as donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens and cows. Just down the hill from your Villa is the 7 mile long Pinney's Beach. In our backyard is the 13th fairway of the Four Seasons golf course and beyond that is our amazing 3,200 foot Mt. Nevis with our tropical rain-forest. A rental, 6 passenger Polaris is also available if you choose.

We traveled to Nevis with our 11 month old son for a 17 night stay at the Royal Palm Villas in Feb/March 2013. After searching many vacation rental options, we settled upon the Royal Palm Villas for several reasons ... (1) it is a privately owned villa, with the owners directly on site and available to assist us in any way, (2) it is located on a quiet, dead-end road with direct views of the Caribbean Sea, (3) it is located just 10 minutes drive to Charlestown and a 5 minute drive to the beach, and (4) it has a large and lovely yard/green space, as well as three outdoor decks to enjoy the sunset and breezy tropical mornings/afternoons. The villa was a wonderful home-away from home, a fully appointed accomodation with a full kitchen, 3 full baths and two bedrooms with firm, yet comfortable memory foam mattresses. Our stay was exceptional ... our only regret was that we didn't have more time to spend on the lovely island of Nevis.
Bill and Janet were wonderful hosts, providing a full "concierge-like" service that we've never before experienced with a vacation rental. They were able to provide us with (1) assistance with local transit -- arranging for SeaMoss to pick us up at the airport, then personally meeting us at the Oualie Beach Water Taxi stop and transporting us with our hefty load to the villa, and even calling and arranging for our rental car/company to meet us at the villa, delivering our car and personal service; (2) assisting with local recommendations and guidance for shopping and restaurants; and (3) even offering to be our "tour guides" for a trip around the island. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay from beginning to end! -

I just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at the Royal Palm Villas on Nevis(Feb 9-23).
Having been to Nevis several times, I chose the Royal Palm Villas, because like other reviewers have mentioned, the location is ideal and very convenient to town, shopping, the beaches,restaurants and the spectacular Four Seasons Resort. In fact, the property adjoins the Four Season's upper golf and multi-million dollar residences. I actually looked forward to my daily walks on the Four Season's walking path where at every turn, I took in amazing views. From my villa, I daily feasted on the panoramic ocean views at sunset and the morning sunrise over Mt. Nevis. The views were truly incomparable as well as picture perfect. The Villa was very clean, large, private and spacious with great beds and furnishings. Both Bill and Janet were very helpful and even prepared a Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding dinner one evening with the roast I brought down with me from the States. I always consider every available option before I settle into a place and I can say without hesitation, that Royal Palm Villas is the best value and location on Nevis. I have already planned on returning again to Royal Palm with my wife for an extended vacation. -

Location is perfect: can walk to the beach (bars), the town, the Four Seasons (golf, tennis, etc.), and a short drive to markets, restaurants, etc.
Bill & Janet are so friendly and knowledgable, we really feel like we lucked out to have chosen them. They really got us oriented and were happy to arrange reservations, guides, rentals, etc. and they really know everyone on the island.
The house is lovely, fully equipped with aC, blender, laundry, hairdryer. Couldn't ask for better views of the mountain and the sea from the deck(s). Being up the hill away from the main road means it's super quiet and private.
We look forward to staying with them again on our next trip to Nevis. -

We stayed at the Royal Palm Villas with our 2 children for a week and had a wonderful time. The villa is spacious, light and bright with fabulous vaulted ceilings. Being fairly newly built the interior is lovely and decorated beautifully. We were close to all the best beaches and restaurants. Not only is Nevis a great island to visit but the villa was perfect for our needs with 2 children. It was great to have so much space to truly unwind after a long day sightseeing or relaxing on the beach. I would highly recommend this villa.

We have become frequent visitors to Nevis and to the Royal Palm Villas.
The villa overlooks the Four Seasons golf course and the Caribbean Sea.
Located in Jessup village the location is ideal.
Very clean. The owners are very nice and always ready to help with suggestions for site seeing, dining, etc.
Be sure to go to Sunshine's for a "killer bee"
