The Charlevoix Charmer, a 2.5+ star rated property, is located within walking distance to all downtown Charlevoix has to offer. The interior is clean and quaint with sleeping for 5+ and the large backyard is fenced and allows for you to bring your family dog (pet fee applies). The queen-sized master bedroom is located on the main floor. Upstairs are two additional bedroom, one with a pyramid bed (full on the bottom, single on the top) and the other with space to set up the home s two twin air mattresses. Enjoy a homemade meal made in the fully equipped kitchen or head out on the town to discover some of the many great local restaurants. In ad...dition to Charlevoix’s natural attractions, the area boasts excellent shopping, dining, and special events which take place throughout the year in our little northern Michigan community known as “Charlevoix the Beautiful.” The area restaurants are world-renowned for their cuisine, while the lakes are sought by many for sport fishing and boating. The million-dollar sunsets over Lake Michigan are rivaled only by the moonrises over Round Lake. Charlevoix has two great swimming beaches just a short drive from this home, one located on Lake Michigan and one located on Lake Charlevoix. The beauty of the area also has drawn many artists and musicians, providing an array of local art and music. The downtown parks host many events throughout the year, including the Annual Craft Show, the Venetian Festival, the Waterfront Art Fair, and the October Apple Festival.   No air conditiners as originally advertised.

  The web site originally stated that there were window air conditioners.That was changed when I called to complain about it.The sheets in the master bedroom had worn out and "pilled".The homemade bunkbed upstairs was rickety and probably not safe.My 21 year old daughter was forced to use the air mattress provided It was no aerobed.The DVD player was there as promised but there wasn't a cord to connect it to the tv.A neighbors cat uses the yard as a litter box.

  Nice cozy home convenient to downtown

  Rented this home during the apple festival in October. Our first visit to Charlevoix, weather was fantastic, and the town and surrounding area are beautiful. House was easy walking distance to downtown and conveniently located on the front end of the daily traffic jams that blocked the downtown. Nice fenced in yard for our dog to play in, house was cute and well maintained, with everything needed for a stay. Would have preferred a king bed, but other than that house was fine. Would rent again.
