Pretty, sunny cottage down private country road. Enjoy the serenity of the undisturbed woods, modern open floor plan with an emphasis on peaceful views of the one and a half acre backyard and the abutting Chatham conservation foundation 3-acre woodland. The wrap-around deck is perfect for eating outdoors while watching the deer, hawks, and myriad other wildlife. The cottage and separate renovated barn sit on nearly two acres of land, and are just .75 of a mile to Cockle Cove or Ridgevale beaches and are secluded from other houses.... Washer/dryer, dishwasher. House was just renovated and includes lots of bright sunny windows, second story sleeping loft, perfect for kids, cathedral ceilings, wood floors. Plus separate renovated barn, with large bedroom for three, small kitchen, clawfoot tub, outdoor shower, small kitchen, Weber gas grill, deck. The property is perfect for large families, or two families who want to vacation together but want separate living spaces. Generally meals are cooked and eaten in the main house, or on the large wrap-around deck.

Cape Cod Rail Trial bike path is directly across the road. House is south of Rt. 28. Please note we rent Sunday to Sunday to avoid the traffic. We rent Sunday to Sunday.Read more

walking distance (3/4 mile) to one of the best family beaches in Chatham with tidal pools for swimming for small kids and a nice snack bar.

Across the street from the 40 mile cape cod bike trail so no need to ever get in your car. Walk to Schoolhouse Ice Cream, Marion's pie shop.

There is a 200 dollar cleaning fee and a $300 returnable security deposit. Does not include linens or towels unless by special arrangement. (housekeeper charges $130 to launder them.)

  Had a very relaxing stay at this cottage just outside Chatham. Very close to Chatham, close to the beach, close to the Cape Cod Bike path, and close to Highway 6. A perfect location in a beautiful, quiet setting.

  The owners have been delightful to us during this rental. They provided us with information on the house and the surrounding area before our trip and were available for other questions after we arrived. The house is beautiful - the huge, open floorplan was great and uncluttered. There was lots of room to roam and everyone felt like they had elbow room. The bedrooms were soothing with comfortable beds and nice linens. Our infant loved crawling all over the open floors and our older child loved sleeping in the cool loft. The lot is in a nice setting with a very secluded feel, yet only a stone's throw from the main road. But you can't see the road at all from the house. The deck, grill, and gardens were all very nice, although we did not use them due to the rather chilly weather we happened to have that weekend. I would love to return someday and highly recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in Chatham!
