Casual & comfortable cottage in Chatham. Just 5 minute drive to the town center and the beach! 2 Bedrooms and a full bathroom. Galley kitchen and a large living room with hardwood floors. Washer & Dryer, outdoor shower and a small patio. This property has just been reduced to $1,200 per week!
Located on Main Street in South Chatham with a great yard well set back from the road. Wonderfull location just a short drive to the town center and the Nantucket Sound Beaches. Cozy rental to get away for a few days. The house was a small 2 bedroom, but worked for us and our two dogs. Great rental for travelers with dogs as there is a zip line in the yard, just bring your own leads. Cockle cove is a short bike ride and very quick drive from the house and it was convenient to drive to downtown chatham. When we arrived the hot water heater breaker had tripped so we just had to turn that back on. There was a downpour of rain one of the days and the kitchen flooded so we had to bail out a little. Overall the stay was nice, but it would have been nice not to worry about little issues on vacation.
