    Chatham is a traditional yet sophisticated town situated at the tip of the Cape's elbow. With Nantucket Sound to the South, the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Pleaseant Bay winding around to the north, Chatham is nearly surrounded by water. Its 17 square miles of land area is bordered by nearly 70 miles of shoreline which is constantly changing. Chatham has beautiful and fairly uncrowded beaches.

      Fun Fun Fun!

      Ten "60 or almost" year old women who go away together every year - we still like to have fun and we definitely did!. This house was absolutely beautifull and very condusive to gathering together in so many different areas. We loved it! I would recommend it to families as well. The location was perfect for a trip into town or to the beach - great walking!

      The weekend stay was great! This private home absorbs people well. Each morning we cooked in, the kitchen, a two plus working kitchen, was more than adequate. There were rooms of the house we did not even use. The roof top deck was a real treat to sit out on and enjoy the fresh ocean air and view of the Chatham Harbor. It was a close walk to the Harbor beach from the house. Barbequing on the outside patio was convenient and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property for a family event or for a corporate getaway/work week.
