Spectacular 3+ bedroom, 3.5 bath home in one of the most sought after vacation spots on Cape Cod, less than 200 feet to Ridgevale Beach. Breathtaking views of Nantucket Sound from every room in the house as well as the screened-in porch and first and second floor decks. Use of semi-private bridge over scenic saltwater marsh to access the beach. After the beach enjoy the home's stone pathway to the enclosed outdoor shower. Experience all the charm of old Cape Cod while still enjoying modern amenities. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, full size range plus wall oven, bar sink in addition to deep kitchen sink and two refrigerators. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed (new for 2020), full bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in closet. The second floor features two additional bedrooms: a master with queen bed, full bathroom and slider to the upper deck, the other with two twin beds. There is a queen-size sleep sofa in the TV room on the landing, also with access to the upper deck, and another full bathroom. Amenities include central AC, Wi-Fi, gas grill, 2 washers, 2 dryers, whole house generator, Blu-ray DVD and HiFi Denon/Wharfedale home audio for music and movies with Apple AirPlay 2, 2-way Bluetooth and streaming services.
