This tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is situated in a lovely neighborhood in Chatham Village. It is less than a mile from the shops and restaurants on Main Street and even closer to the Chatham Fish Pier and Chatham Bars Inn. The kitchen was recently updated with maple cabinets and granite counter tops. This home is open and airy and beautifully decorated with newer furnishings and appliances. Two large sliders lead out to a large wraparound deck with outdoor dining and gas grill, perfect for barbecues or just relaxing. The first floor den offers additional living space as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include central AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and an enclosed outside shower. 2 car maximum. Taxes and fees apply. NO PETS / NO SMOKING / LINEN OPTION AVAILABLE

“Great House in a wonderful town”
We have rented the house for several years. It is a comfortable house within walking distance to "downtown" Chatham. Chatham Vacation Rental staff has always been terrific.
