This truly unique home, is a custom built 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom with an additional suite in the walk out lower level home and just steps from Lighthouse Beach. Spectacular views of Chatham Harbor, North Beach and the Atlantic Ocean from every room in the house and direct access to a semi-private beach nestled between Andrew Hardings Beach and Lighthouse Beach. Watch the fishing and pleasure boats pass by from the multiple decks or take a short stroll to the shops and galleries of downtown Chatham. This tastefully decorated home boasts a formal living room, great room, two second floor master bedrooms, and a gourmet kitchen. The finished walk-out lower level is a suite unto itself with two twin beds, gas fireplace, wet bar, full bathroom and large living area with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. Amenities include central AC, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, multiple decks with outdoor dining table and gas grill, 4 TVs, Sonos sound system, 3 DVD players and a gas fireplace. “Perfect for family vacation”
Beautiful, clean home wonderful view of beach from back porch, 1 minute walk to beach, and easy walk to town. 2 refrigerators! Comfortable beds and 0lenty of bathrooms.
