Description
OYSTER POND AT CHATHAM consists of 32 privately owned townhomes set on 17.5 acres on beautiful Oyster Pond in Chatham, Cape Cod, Massachussetts.
Beautiful two bedroom plus a den and a loft, two and a half bathroom townhome with gorgeous direct water views of Oyster Pond. Beautifully decorated with charming interior decor. Ideal for two or four people, and can accommodate up to eight people when using lofts.
Townhome 31 features a well-appointed master bedroom with king bed. Second bedroom has 2 full beds. An amazing loft has an additional two twin beds, plus a beautiful den has a Queen sleeper sofa. Also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and water views.
Sliding doors on the ground floor open to a brick patio, complete with a great gas barbeque grill, chaise lounges, tables, and plenty of chairs. Perfect for eating/entertaining outdoors.
Convenient washer/dryer in unit.
We have central air conditioning and central heating for comfort all year.
Amenities include: Heated swimming pool, tennis; shuffleboard, patios, fully appointed kitchens, washer & dryer, gas grill, cable TV, full central air conditioning and heating, wireless internet, and more.
