Located about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga attraction such as IMAX, Chattanooga Aquarium, the Discovery Museum. The whole family will enjoy staying in this spacious home located on the Tennessee River. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, two have roomy and comfortable king beds and the third has a wonderfully comfortable queen bed. On the second floor there is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds and a twin bed. There is also a baby crib on the main floor. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, washer/dryer, screened porch, open deck, LARGE HOT TUB, gas fireplace and gas grill.

South Wind is a great cabin for several families. The adults were pleased with the good matresses on the king beds and our grandchildren loved the loft area for sleeping and playing. The outdoor setting was great for our 2 campfires and egghunts. The view of the Tenn. River was amazing & watching the barge was a real treat for the kids. I would have given this cabin 5 stars but the kitchen was not very clean upon our arrival. Coffee grinds were in the pot and food crumbs were in the cultery drawer and the counter was stained. I spent our 1st hour cleaning the kitchen, deck and screened in porch area.

We stayed here with our children and another family with their children while in Chattanooga. The house was very nice and clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the loft bedroom upstairs and were able to hook up their play station game to the TV. The beds were super soft and comfy and so was the huge couch in the living room. Fishing on the river was great! We caught blue gills, bass and even a couple of catfish. The house is located on a lot with 2 other rental houses which I was surprised about but that ended up being fun as we hung out with some of the other families too. The only downside is there is no safe place for the kids to get in the water and swim with the rocks and drop-off. There is a hot tub but the chlorine was so strong that we coughed the entire time we tried to us it. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Loved being there at TN River and Paula was great to deal with during rental and so friendly!! Comfortable cabin and had everything we needed during rental- Thank you for great weekend in Chattanooga area.
