A wonderful vacation property nestled in the private community of Point Chautauqua, located on New York's Lake Chautauqua.
Available on a year-round basis, this property caters to swimmers, boaters and fisherman in the summer, to skiers and snow-mobilers in the winter and vacationers all year round, especially during the Fall colors.
In Summer, enjoy all the lake amenities and community tennis courts.
In Winter, use the nearby snowmobile trails, go ice fishing or take the short drive to the ski slopes of Western NY - Holiday Valley and Peek N' Peak.

“Awesome view of the lake”
We had a great time cooking out, celebrating birthdays and watching spectacular views of the lake. We played corn hole in the front yard, played games on the porch and took in the sites.
