Available on a year-round basis, this property caters to swimmers, boaters and fisherman in the summer, to skiers and snow-mobilers in the winter and vacationers all year round, especially during the Fall colors.
In Summer, enjoy all the lake amenities, on-site tennis courts and the nearby golf course.
In Winter, use the nearby snowmobile trails, go ice fishing or take the short drive to the ski slopes of Western NY - Cockaigne, Holiday Valley and Peek N' Peak.

Our fully furnished home is perfect for your getaway weekend or vacation. Enjoy the great lake view from the front porch. While not directly on the water, the private beach and dock access are only a short 2 minute walk down the path directly in front of the house. Association tennis courts and ball field are also available for your enjoyment.

We have vacationed at this home for several years and have loved the accommodations every time. The home is inviting and cozy which makes it perfect rain or shine. The house overlooks the water and is a short walk to the dock and park. We've spent many mornings watching the sun rise over the lake, afternoons in the yard playing games, and evenings on the front porch. This is truly one of our favorite places.

I've stayed in this house several times in the past few years, both with friends and family. It had everything I was looking for for a quiet, relaxing getaway. There was plenty of room for all of us in the four bedrooms. The washer and dryer were really convenient. My favorite parts were the short walk down to the water and sitting on the screened-in porch in the evenings. I can't wait to go back!

I've loved my multiple stays in this guest home. An entire family comfortably fits in this home that is just a short walk away from the lake. It's more than a typical lake house without being stuffy or so grand that you don't feel like you can really live in it. I have many fond memories of playing games with friends in the dining room, listening to music in the enclosed front porch, and waking up in the morning for a delicious breakfast to start the day. If you are looking for an affordable and comfortable place on the lake to make family memories, you should absolutely consider 6060 Orchard Rd.

Staying here while on vacation (a bit off-season) was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of home. The front porch was a great place to relax and play games with friends, the full kitchen allowed us to share great meals, private lake access made kayaking a blast, and proximity to local restaurants and shops as well as the Chataqua Institute made our trip the perfect combination of fun & relaxation!

This house has beautiful lake views and is a short walk from the playground and beach (which is helpful, since our toddler wants to visit the swings multiple times a day!) There was plenty of room for all of our friends and family to enjoy each others' company.
We really enjoyed the peaceful location, cooking in the large kitchen, and sitting on the porch. The house is just a short drive away from some of our favorite locations (cute shops in Mayville, Midway Park, Long Point State Park, Chautauqua Gorge.) -
