Bann Lily est une très belle maison qui correspond fidèlement aux photos.
Les chambres sont confortables, la maison très bien équipée et les espaces extérieurs (piscine et jardin) très bien entretenus.
Tim et Helen sont de discrets propriétaires qui sauront vous aider si nécessaire et qui nous ont facilité le séjour en assurant le transport de et vers l'aéroport et en proposant une voiture à louer qui bous attendait devant la maison.
Bref, un très bon séjour. -

My husband and I stayed at Baan Lily for 3 months (Jan-Mar 2013). We enjoyed every aspect of the beautiful villa.
The serene setting of Baan Lily provided us with the quiet days and nights we were looking for while also being near two yoga studios. We hosted friends during our stay and the house fit our every need (with style).
Helen and Tim are the best! Both are professional, caring and friendly.
We plan to only stay at Baan Lily (or other places owned by Helen and Tim) when we visit Ko Samui again.

Baan Lily is a beautiful villa just as it appears in the photographs. The interior is decorated in a peaceful yet opulant manner. The outside space is lovely with colourful plants, oriental fish pond dining area, relaxed seating areas and a refreshing pool with jacuzi. The villa and garden is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Everything works and there is plently of hot water and airconditioning in the bedrooms. The owners Helen and Tim live next door and are helpful and friendly, on hand when you need them but discreet if you don't. They had toughtfully made sure that there was fresh fruit, soft drinks and basic foods in the fridge for our arrival. The villa is easily accessible and peacefully situated along a small dusty road five minutes drive from the airport. The car they hired to us was ideal and gave us access to all the wonderfull beaches, resturants and natural beauty spots of Kho Samui. All in all I can not rate this villa highly enough.

We just arrived home from a wonderful week on Samui staying Baan Lily. It is such a fantastic Villa and Superbly maintained. We highly recommend booking this villa however you better be quick...we might just make an offer to buy it & move there to live forever ;)

Baan Lily is delightful villa with a stunning pool. The location is central and easily accessible to the main areas but transport is recommended. We had a couple of minor hiccups but with the owners next door (close but not obtrusive)they were sorted within the hour. the villa is well appointed with cable TV and wifi. The terraces on to the immaculate garden are ideal for outside dining. Then there is the pool infinity pool with jacuzzi deep enough to dive into big enough to swim in, our biggest problem of the holiday was getting our 11 year old daughter out of it to go anywhere. We would recommend Baan Lily without hesitation.

What can I say about Baan Lily!! It was everything we hoped for. We were a bit worried when we were drove up to the villa as it was very rural. But as soon as the gates opened a little Oasis awaited us.
Helen was htere to greet us and gave us lots of helpfull information, and she was always on hand to help or answer any questions.
The pool is great and the kids were in it everyday.
The villa is situated in a really good part of Samui and we loved travelling around the island finding all the beautifull places it had to offer.
We highly recomend Baan Lily and will definatley be going back!! -

We stayed at the Baan Lily for ten nights in June 2012 & it exceeded our expectations. The photographs on the website are lovely but it is even better in real life.
We chose a Villa as we were in Samui to be married and having a little girl (2 1/2) we wanted her to have a base whilst all the madness of the wedding was happening. The Villa was perfect as the wedding guests arriving on Samui came to us & we had plenty of room to entertain, they all especially loved the pool & jacuzzi and it became a base for every one to meet so it stopped a lot of running around when we had wedding things to organise.
The location is good, very easy to get to either Chaweng or Fishermans Village. There is a taxi driver who will pick you up from the Villa in a mini bus or car depending on how many of you there are & for a cost of 300 baht or you can walk to the end of the road & jump in a open cab (forget what they are called) for 50 baht each.
On arrival at the airport you re collected & taken to the Villa (a 10-15 minute journey)
The owners are lovely & very helpful & on my wedding morning Helen made us a lovely breakfast which was a great start to the day. Also the owners have cars to be hired, we used one to visit local attractions (elephant trekking, big budda) & it was well worth it.
On a whole, we cannot recommend this Villa enough. -

We stayed apr/May 2012 and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The villa,pool & grounds are of a very high standard and all the available space is utilized to its full potential.
We had 6 people stay and it didn't feel crowded there are enough places to go and sit for a quiet time if you wanted to do this.
Although there is no washing machine this was not a problem at all as there is a laundry very close, (30baht per kilo)and ready 5pm next day.

Helen was very prompt and courteous during our correspondence and helpful upon our arrival. She even went as far as providing a nice welcome basket as part of the villa. The villa was wonderful, really nice and very reasonably priced when split among a group. We really enjoyed having a pool as part of the villa. The location was a bit hard to find when we took local taxis, but that's a really minor (and largely my only) complaint. In my group, we all enjoyed the place so much that we all wished we could stay longer and one made plans already to return to the same villa. I'm hoping someday I can come back myself, this is probably the nicest place I've ever stayed in.

This was perfect for us. Came to Koh Samui for an unofficial bucks week/ birthday with a couple of mates. I wasnt involved with any of the organising of the trip so I was pleasently surprised when the boys booked the Baan Lily. Just enough away from the hustle of town but close enough to slip in to town for a couple of beers, head home for a shower and then slip back into town. Accomodation was clean and tidy. I was lucky enough to have the master suite which was nice to come back to after stumbling in the door at 5am, 5 nights of the 7 we were there. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

We stayed at Baan Lily in Oct/Nov 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have been to Samui about 15 times staying in hotels and private villa's and would rate this as one of the best. Having 2 young children (18 months & 3 years) it is hard to find accommodation suitable for everyone, but found Baan Lily just perfect. Inside the villa is beautifully decorated, great kitchen with all you need available, comfy living area which backs on to 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom was elevated a few steps from the dining area and was very luxurious - huge bedroom, very large dressing area & great bathroom (with a shower with pressure you could actually wash your hair in! - which can be a rare thing to come by).
Outside was amazing. The pool was fantastic, 3 completely different sitting/relaxing areas & so lovely to have grass and shade.
Chaweng was an easy drive from the villa, either coming out behind the lake or taking the ring road to the start of the main road of Chaweng.
Helen was great. Close enough if you needed to ask something. We never once felt like we were intruded on as we have been in other villas. The cleaner and gardener/pool cleaner where also good. Very polite and not intrusive.
I would definitely recommend Baan Lily to anyone I new that was going to stay on Samui & I would definitely love to stay there again on our next visit. -

"We stayed in Baan Lily for 5 Nights from the 18th Sep 2011 to 23rd Sep 2011. The Place is Beautiful, dont have words to describe it, but just that it felt like our own house. Tim and Helen are beautiful and perfect hosts. Tim has been in samui for more than 20 years now and trust me if you need any information regarding the island they are the people you want to get in touch with. About Baan lily, it is beautiful stay, the pool is excellent and relaxing with the villa made in a very eco friendly manner. When our holiday was coming to an end, we just didn't feel like leaving. I would definitely recommend Baan Lily for a nice relaxing stay with chawend being only 4 minutes driving distance. So the place gives a mix of both relaxation and partying with only a 5 minute drive to the busy street of chaweng. Tim and Helen also have brochures placed in the villa for excursions like deep sea diving and a personal taxi service. Three of us did go for the deep sea dive excursion through their suggested instructor- Paul Cook (Cookie). It was truly an awesome experience. We will surely come back and stay at Baan Lily. I want to thank Tim and Helen once again for making it a most memorable trip for us."

Staying at Tim and Helens villa was a real treat, as was renting their Toyota Hilux for exploring the island. The villa is beautiful, the pool and jaccuzi pristine and so warm, and the welcome pack was very good. In retrospect i wish we had stayed for the whole 2 weeks there rather than moving on to Phuket. We got loads of tips for places to visit, shop and eat at from our hosts, plus the low down on the best place to watch the rugby. We really liked the Bo Phut area and recommend a visit to that beach. The massages are really good too. Tim put us in touch with Paul at CSI Diving and we had a great day out at Sail Rock with him. All in all it was a great holiday. A+++

The Baan Lily was even more beautiful than the pictures show. We enjoyed the relaxing nature of the yard and pool. The rooms are beautiful yet inviting. Tim and Helen were so friendly and very helpful when asking for suggestions to local Spas and other sites. The villa is off the beaten path so it is quiet and private, yet close enough to Cheweng Beach to enjoy the shopping and dining whenever we wanted. We didn't want to leave and would go back in an instant. Tim and Helen are a delight as is the Baan Lily!

What a fantastic villa!!! The villa is very comfortable for a family or folks that want to stretch out on their holiday, and its great to have a big pool all to yourself! We were really very comfortable here and it made our holiday even more relaxing, the Koi pond surrounding the patio is also a very nice touch. Three big bedrooms, and two full baths also meant that everyone had plenty of space, and the full size kitchen was an added bonus. Here is a tip, do not leave the Baan Lily without having Helen cook you meal, best fried rice I have ever had!
The villa is located roughly between Chaweng and Big Buddha Beach, which makes it very convenient to see the sites and explore the Island. For us this was way better than staying in a small hotel room in busy Chaweng, we were close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle when we wanted, but far enough away to have some down-time. Tim and Helen are excellent hosts and make you feel very comfortable. All-in-all a great holiday and fantstically fabulous villa!!! -

The Photos dont do Baan Lilly justice!! Inside is very large and there was plently of space for all of us. Loevly green gardens, and pool perfect for lazing with the beers. Tim and Helen are two of the most lovely people we met on our trip, from having beer in the fridge when we got there, to lending us there dog for the girls to play with for the day. a short taxi to the beautiful Bophut, and walking distance to corner store. Total privacy...you cant get better than this!!

I was lucky enough to stay at Baan Lily in December. The villa itself is set away from the busy tourist areas and is within a quiet area between Chaweng and Bophut, We were about 5 mins to Bo Phut and the bars and restaurants and beach, and 10 mins to the main tourist area of Chaweng's nightlife, beaches and shops. Although there were many shops and little bars closer to the villa. Upon arrival the host was helpful and friendly with many tips of what to see and where to visit and check in was easy and pain-free.
The villa is stunning and fully furnished. The main room is en-suite with a large walk in wardrobe and dessing area. A home from home. The rooms were spotless, large and beautifully decorated. The garden was large, had a lovely eating area, BBQ and a good sized pool. It was a great relaxing holiday.
Having the hosts living next door was great for any on-site problems we may have had or for any advice we may have needed.
You do need transport to get around and they offered a deal with transport upon booking, which was great.
I would definitely come back to this beautiful villa. -

We really enjoyed our stay at Baan Lily. The place is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The outside area and swimming pool are stunning. We had some great barbeques and late night swims. The owners, Tim and Helen were lovely and very welcoming. Although we didn't have a problem with anything, it was good to know they were nearby if we needed anything. It was our third stay in Samui and Baan Lily was by far the best accomodation we have found there. We definately won't be looking to stay anywhere else when we go back.

My parents along with my husband and myself stayed at the Villa from 13th - 21st January 2011 and it was absolute luxury Tim collected us from the airport and when we arrived the villa was even better that we hoped for we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pool and dining area outside were an absolute hit. Tim and Helen are the perfect hosts discreet but there when you need them and most helpful we would definately recommend Baan Lily to anyone who is visiting Koh Samui

The photos tell the truth - a lovely villa, well decorated and finished off to a high standard, with everything we required for our stay.
A lovely, quiet setting, minutes away from Chewangs main life but far enough away to feel in paradise - just what we needed to relax.
Helen and Tim made our stay easy and comfortable with their knowledge of the Island and arranged things for us when we needed (scooter, maps, taxis, etc).
Already planning our next trip back!

I had recently come towards the end of an immensely stressful business trip when I arrived at this amazing villa. It was way beyond my wildest expectations. Set in a wonderfully peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub that is Koh Samui, but so conveniently located that, after a short and pleasant drive, I was able to enjoy breakfast on a nearby deserted beach. I spent most of my time lounging in the Jacuzzi, set in a beautiful tropical garden, fit for a king. The villa is massive, way bigger that what I really needed with 3 bedrooms,but still wonderfully comfortable with every last detail finished to perfection. The place is just superb and the best value I have encountered in the 14 years that I have been coming to the islands. I have travelled as a photographer throughout Thailand and indeed across the globe and never have I been so comfortable in such luxury for so little money. The garden, pool and villa are all so striking and harmonious that I have told the owners that I intend to photograph it for them on my next visit, which they can be assured will be very, very soon.

Well what can i say and this can be summarised in a few words ' Outstanding, excellent, stunning '
My family and i are very experienced in renting villa's around the far east and have stayed in some stunning properties but at a price.
Baan Lily encompasses fine accomodation which is stunning , well maintained and most importantly child friendly and the best part is that it is fantastic value for money.
I could write pages and pages about the attentiveness of Tim and Helen in sorting out issues, the excellent garden and pool, but there is no point except for saying fantastic and do not think twice just book and stay.
We have already passed on the details to 2 families who i have no doubt will be booking shortly.

What a wonderful venue for our holiday, didn't want to leave.
the private pool was a real treat especially having its own Jacuzzi - and the accommodation is the best we have been in and we have been in quite a few. Helen & Tim gave us everything we wanted they were great to have around for information on the island. and my wife loved the four poster bed. that was a huge success. many thanks - Robert Harding
