The villa is set over two storeys and enjoys a contemporary and chic design. Located within a private estate with a perimeter wall that also surrounds the villa, you will feel immensely secure and enjoy lots of privacy. The villa, just 500 meters from Bang Tao Beach, is the perfect holiday rental home for families, couples or those travelling together.

Not only is this a classy and stylish villa, but you also have the chance to take advantage of the communal facilities onsite such as a gymnasium, fitness center and spa. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan living space where you will find a lounge, dining room and... kitchen. Within the quaint garden, you will also find your very own private swimming pool.

Smoking is allowed within the villa and Wi-Fi Internet can be requested.

Bedrooms:

The villa’s main bedroom is up the stairs, past the Chinese 'pop-art' paintings on the walls and has polished wooden floors. There is a large double bed and air-conditioning, three large cupboards with spare sheets, robes and slippers, safety deposit box, 3 chairs/sofa stools, 2 side-tables beside the bed and balcony overlooking the pool. There is also an en-suite bathroom further inside. The Guest bedroom is downstairs and has a double bed, air-conditioning, 3 large cupboards and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom:

There are two bathrooms in the villa, both en-suite. The Master bedroom’s bathroom is fairly spacious. The bathroom has a bath & shower area, toilet and two wash basins between glass panels. The guest bedroom's bathroom has a shower, plus toilet & two basin sinks, with glass panels between.

Dining room:

Located next to the open plan kitchen, the villa’s dining area has four rattan chairs to eat from the kitchen-bar/workspace and upstairs beside bedroom on terrace balcony outside there is another wooden table & 4 chairs under shade, with double sink and workspace, for a small intimate party.

Kitchen:

The villa’s western kitchen is open-plan with a nice selection of modern appliances such as a large Electrolux fridge/freezer, dishwashing machine, electric stove with 4 rings, ventilator & large oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, double sink, and a black marble work top with natural wood fittings. There is also a utility room near entrance with washing machine and wash basin.

Living rooms:

The open plan living area has comfortable seating arrangements with two settees for five persons. There is also a coffee table, wooden wall units and a selection of entertainment facilities that include a large Samsung Flat-Screen TV with 70 international channels, a DVD player and music system, all with remote controls. Being situated just 500 meters from Bang Tao Beach, the villa is superbly locate for that Phuket holiday experience. Under a 10-minute walk from the villa (1km), you will find a small commercial area with restaurants and shops that include a MacDonald’s and a Tesco Lotus Express shopping center.

You can quickly drive to several other relaxing beaches nearby such as Surin & Kamala both within a 10-minute drive. Kamala is also home to the Phuket FantaSea night theme park, while the pulsating Patong beach & nightlife further south (15-minute drive). The shallow waters of Layan, and the nearby Naithon & Nai Yang beaches are further north, up by the airport about 20 minutes away. Phuket City with several department stores is also a 20-30 minute drive away from the villa.
