Experience this sunrise!

Imagine waking up with the beautiful view of the sun rising above the sea and the island. Going to make a cup of tea and picking up a fresh fig from the tree. After going to the beach and feeling the sun shining from the sky and from the sand. Coming back in the villa and taking a shower outside looking at the beautiful view of the sea. Resting in peace and quiet and in the afternoon following the breeze going to discover the beautiful rock beach or the fresh mountains of Strandja, or having an amazing walk through the ancient town of Sozopol.

The villa is situated in a quiet villa settlement called Chervenka, 25 km south of Bourgas, 8 km north of Sozopol, next to the small town of Chernomorets, where post office, shops, medical center, public transport, restaurants and other entertainment places are available. There you can buy freshly caught fish directly from the fishermen!

Far away from the noise and the many-storied hotels, you will find peace and romance among fine sand beaches, rocky gulfs and limpid sea water. No dangerous sea currents, crystal clear water, fine sand, the sea bottom slopes gently.

Villa Sunrise is a large villa within its own grounds.

The ground floor includes а spacious living, dining and kitchen area (open plan). In the living area there is a TV, double sofa-bed, big comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. In the drawer of the TV furniture you can find brochures and maps, which can help you discover the area and give you ideas for interesting things to do. There is a shelf with books in many different languages for the lazy afternoons. In this space there is an air-conditioner.
Also on the ground floor - a 3-beds room with an en-suite bathroom, a bureau and a big wardrobe.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with twin single beds). All the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, own balcony and look out to the beautiful view of the sea, St. Ivan island and Sozopol semi-island. Further beds can be supplied on request . There are no air-conditioners , but the rooms are really cool and thanks to the nets on all windows and balcony doors, you can leave them open all the time.

In each bedroom there is a little fridge for having refreshments in your room!
There is free Internet for those who would like to stay in touch with the outside world.

There is a new top floor that we are letting separately from the first two floors. It has it's own entrance, separated outside area and no inside connection with the first two floors, so that our different guests have their own private space in the villa.
